R2: ♬ Something To Talk About

Does a shirtless man in the cover count for cover points? The guy the women are cheating has no shirt.
Also, women in their bra? Fire? Smoke in the cover?

no other colored underwear?

I just gotta let it go,
I, should've known
I gotta learn to say goodbye now
I throw my armour down,
And leave the battleground
For the final time now,
I, I know.
I'm running from a warzone

A battleground or warzone.

"haunting me" ghosts?"
No to zombies, vampires, yes to ghosts.
ETA: A person who lives in a haunted house would work for plot.

From lyrics:
I'm gonna make sure, you regret that night"
Yes to revenge, as for "running away from past" I'll let another mod weigh in on that one.

From lyrics:
You're the reason that we started this fight
And also, all the allusions to warzone and battleground.

Also, I don't know if the business of different color underwear was answered. One of the ladies has a pink bra and I think I saw another with green panties.

If the main character sees/talks to ghosts, does this count as plot? Would it also get setting points for it being in a haunted place? Does it technically have to be a house or can it be a hotel, castle, cemetary etc.., as long as a large part of hte book takes place there?

5 for Characters named Tom and Nate
3 for plot-heroine sees/talks to ghosts and helps solve their murders
6 for setting-set in haunted cemetary, main character is haunted by ghosts
1 word (did Amazon Search for "performance")

But those are my thoughts. :) Let's wait for the mods to give their take!

Love triangle = no.
Nathaniel = no, but if he gets called Nathan at all in the book, I'll accept that.
Yes to revenge.
No to running away from the past.
Yes to haunted house or abandoned building for cover points.
D.G. What do you mean by sustained fighting? Between two people?
No to two guys and a girl for cover points.
Mary, a character talking to ghosts... yes, I would take that for plot. But haunted house/building doesn't count as setting, only for plot and cover. Yes it can be any type of building, but has to be a big enoug part of the plot that it's easily identified in the synopsis of the book.

Name: Tom= yes, Nate=no
Plot: haunted house / ghosts = yes
Setting: haunted house = no
word: performance = yes

I still don't know what does count for setting beside the year.

Setting: battle ground / warzone; a book written or set in 2011.

I mean that if the guy has to fight a lot of people throughout the book. Sometimes in romantic suspense you have a guy protecting the woman because the evil guys are out to get her, and of course, the evil guys keep finding them and the hero has to fight them and stuff. So no one fight, but having the hero 'battling' the bad guys.

Yep, DG, that would work for plot, doesn't really count for setting though.

As for title... When we allowed the Monsters and Men for the title in Little Talks, we had a lot of people complain, and rightly so. We had changed the rules specifically for that week, and the only reason we did that was because we thought it would be quite hard to find name links to the Scandinavian names.
This wee, the names are more common, should be easier to find, and ultimately give you more points than Wanted will for title.
Hope that clears it up a bit more...

Thanks, that clears things up. Of Monsters and Men was the first week I played and was really overwhelmed so I didn't catch that.
