History Channel on the Kennedy Assassination - fluke of history?

Simple answer - we don't. There's no profit in it.

Peace can only exist in a world built on the principal of trade rather than on who rules what and where. This has not existed since the first Caucasions descended from the Steppes to desicrate the Indus Valley in the 18th century bce. IF it existed before that.
The documentary shows that the assassination and murder of Oswald were the result of a series of flukes, the biggest being: What if a friend hadn't gotten Oswald a job at the Book Depository? And what if the police interrogation of Oswald hadn't taken longer then expected, and what if Oswald hadn't asked for, and then had to wait for, a sweater? Then Jack Ruby, who arrived a minute before Oswald was brought down, would not have had the opportunity to shoot him.
The documentary concludes with Robert Dallek, Kennedy's biographer, saying that in spite of the overwhelming evidence that Oswald acted alone, most people will never believe that history can be so random, and that such an inconsequential person -Oswald - could change the course of history.
So how do we make peace with such a world?
