"No, but really, I feel as if i must get out of here at some point this week, for a moment of freedom before the storm" Kaiden says with a sigh.

Jess looked at him quizzically. "The storm?" she asked him, sounding confused. "I didn't know one was coming."
"I meant before your future husband and co come back" says Kaiden with a grin.
"I knew that," Jess shrugged, suppressing a smile. "I obviously knew that. When are they coming back anyway?"
"As soon as Peter almost gets himself killed a couple hundred times and Damon drags him back here before he sends them all insane" answers Kaiden.
Jess laughed. "You know the system very well," she noted. "Though I think it's a little late on the insanity prevention."
"i have to agree with you there, but im not telling them that" he says.
Jess stood up and straightened the pillows on her chair with a sigh. "I suppose they'll be back soon."
Kaiden stands also and says "Then we better get out for a while before they do".
Jess nodded absently, "Uh-huh." She scanned the room one last time for any messes.
