"Yeah, I think so..." Ryder says, trying to ignore the fact that he may not.

((Haha!!!))
"Really... Ducks? Alright." Ryder cocks his head at her.
"Really... Ducks? Alright." Ryder cocks his head at her.
(if you'd read the infernal devics you would get that;)'Because they are evil little bastards' says Rory, she mentally scolds herself for being so rude as a lady is not meant to speak that way, but then again she tells herslef she is a shadowhunter first, lady second.
Ryder raises his eyebrows, "I'm interested, why do you find them to be so?"
Rory thinks back to her exprience with ducks as a child, 'they have always hated me, so i suppose the feeling is mutual' she says.
Ryder laughs, "That's really weird, but pretty cool.
(cool?;)Rory laughs too and says 'its not when your the person getting attacked by a flock of ducks in the park'
((Oops, it's hard to ditch the 2000s slang. He hasn't said dude though, which is like my word. At least in real life.))
"I'm trying to imagine that..." Ryder tells her, shutting his eyes.
"I'm trying to imagine that..." Ryder tells her, shutting his eyes.
(i know what you mean, mate is my word;)'You can laugh but i would take a demon over a duck any day' says Rory seriously.
"Oh, me too. But that is just because its ten times more fun." Ryder informs her.
Ryder shrugs, "It's twisted that I have demon friends too, but ..." He covers his mouth, probably not a good thing to admit.
Rory gives Ryder a strange look 'demon friends, i have warlock friends but never have i had a demon one' she exclames.
"Not here. In New York. I haven't been out much. But downworlders aren't as bad as you might think." Ryder tells her, trying to back pedal, but letting it out anyways.
Rory nods, non-judgemental, 'really? well thats not suprising i suppose, there is no true evil after all' Rory says.
"I agree." Ryder says quickly, relieved she wasn't freaked or mad.
"Maybe, but I think they can get used to us too. At least to a point." Ryder says insightfully.
Ryder smiles, "That is very very true."
"I do too." Ryder agrees, imagining it.
Rory thinks about being a demon, how strange it must be, to live apart from this world, never truly part of life but never really dead.
"Wouldn't it be crazy to be stuck in a demon body for a day." Ryder says, sounding as if he wanted to try it.
Ryder laughs, grinning mischeviously.
"What if..?" Ryder doesn't say it because he knows its stupid.
"What if you could disguise yourself as a downworlder? WOuld you do it?" Ryder asks carefully.
Mason looked up. "I think someone's outside," she said. Ari shrugged, since it was probably more Shadowhunters.
"Any kind you want." Ryder told her.
"Vampire for sure." Ryder said with a grin.
Rory looks at Ryder and asks 'why would you want to be a vampire, do you have something against the sun?' she smirks lightly.
"Maybe, but they are pretty cool nonetheless." Ryder counters.
((Haha sorry at least it sort fits...?))
"It's only for a day, though." Ryder adds.
"It's only for a day, though." Ryder adds.
'I suppose so, but would it not be terrifying to lose aspect of yourself, although that may be part of the allure' says Rory.
Ryder nods, thinking for a minute, "I don't think I could do the whole indestructible thing for an extended period of time."
'I feel the same, after all what is life without the continuing threat of death' smiles archly Rory.
Ryder cocks his head. "Are you making fun of me?"
"Oh okay, good. So I'm not the only mad one." Ryder says, with a broadening grin.
"Great, though I imagine I'm more crazy than you." Ryder teases with a small smile.
