"Good." he smiled, bringing her just that little bit closer - she was practically against his chest.
She smiles back not noticing that she was practicially against hsi chest.
Suddenly, Asha burst into the square, frantically looking for her sister. "Jasmine! Jasmine!" she called out, pushing through people.Lucas stopped, noticing her. "Jasmine? I think your sister needs you.
Jasmine looks up. "I wonder what Asha needs." She said softly. "I'm sorry I need to talk to her." She said apolegetically. Jasmine takes his hand looking for her sister.
"Jasmine!" Asha cries out rather hysterically. "There you are!" she dashed up to Jasmine and hugged her tightly. She was sniffling badly and on the verge of a breakdown.
Jasmine hugs Asha. "Asha what is it?" She asked worried looking at her sister.
"I told...papa about the pendant today...then, he told me to go. He told to me get what I could and leave the caravan. I did so hesitantly - he didn't tell me why. But then, as I left, I saw thugs attacking the caravan and setting it on fire! It's all gone, all our things, papa too! It has something to do with the pendant, a person thinks we know about it and they want to kill us!" she sobbed out.
Jasmine freezes tears in her eyes. "Papa......he's gone?" She said tears falling down her face. Thinking about the pendant. "No He can't be dead. No Papa the caravan they all can't be gone." She said almost crying.
"I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry Jasmine." she hugged her sister tightly, crying too. "But we need to pull ourselves together and do something. We're being hunted. They know we're alive."
Jasmine cries in her sisters arms crying then pulls herself together. "What do we do?" She asked.
Lucas jumped in. "I can keep you safe for now." he offered. Asha looked between them two. "We couldn't impose on you like that. We're a danger now..."
Jasmine nods in agreement. "It's too dangerous." Jasmine said quietly.
"I insist. Come on. If they're still on the prowl, you've got to get somewhere else." he put his arm protectively around Jasmine's shoulders.
Jasmine looks at her sister. "He is a guard. He will know how to protect us." Jasmine said softly to Asha. She relaxes under Lucas arm.
"Very well. But we should hurry. Many people make me nervous." she glanced around. Lucas nodded. "This way." he led them so he was behind them.
Jasmine follows the way Lucas leads she takes her sisters hand.
Asha stops crying eventually as Lucas leads them through empty streets. "Up the stairs." he points ahead to a staircase. "My apartment is above."
Jasmine goes up the stairs too with Asha and Lucas.
((I should go now. Bye!))Lucas opens the door to his apartment - it's small and quite empty of furniture. "Sorry, it's not much." he apologises.
((ok cya))Jasmine looks in the apartment after walking in with her sister.
"Please, make yourself comfortable." Lucas went around cleaning up the apartment.Asha sat down and looked out the window at the street below.
Jasmine sits down near her sister. She looks down.
"We'll find them Jasmine. We might be alone in a strange city but..." she looks around before producing a satchel she hid under her cloak and from the satchel, her harp and Jasmine's song lyrics "Surprise." she smiles.
Jasmine just nods to her sister. When she says surprise. She looks up and smiles. It was her sisters harp and Jasmines notebook which held the song.
"At least we have something." she hands the notebook over to Jasmine as she plucks a few, melancholy strings on her harp.Lucas then comes back out with some drinks and food. "Sorry it's little." he says before setting down the tray.
Jasmine takes it and sets it down. She looks up at Lucas.
Asha nods and takes a bit of the bread as she didn't feel so hungry. "Thank you again Lucas but we need a plan. We need more help." Lucas nods. "Yes...I might have some people who can help but we'll see. Rest tonight. We'll move out tomorrow."
Jasmine nods she couldn't find her voice to even speak. Jasmine still couldn't belive it.
"Yes, thank you. Good night." Asha curls up on the thin mattress that Lucas presented them with as he slept on a pallet on the floor. She pulls her cloaks around herself and hugs Jasmine tightly in the cloaks. "We'll do it." she whispers before leaning her head on the pillow and closing her eyes.
Jasmine lays down next to her sister and nods. Jasmine feels tears fall down her face as she closes her eyes.

Asha's eyes flutter open as the sun was directly on her face. She sits up stiffly, stretching her back and arranging the sheets. Lucas was already up and cleaning around the apartment.
Jasmine wakes up just after Asha does. She stretches a little. WIping her dired tears away.
"Good morning." Asha tells her sister as she stands and adjusts her skirts and hair properly. "There's a basin of water in there." Lucas points out and Asha leaves them alone together."Have a decent sleep?" he asks Jasmine.
Jasmine stands up fixing her skirt happy that her hair is still in place. She nods "Yes I did." She said softly.
"Good. You look better." he compliments, walking over.
He looks down at his feet before looking up and speaking again. "I just want you to know that I'll be here the entire time. You two aren't alone." he says quietly.
She nods "I know. Thank you." She said looking at him.
Asha comes back in, ready to depart. "Do we have everything?" she asks no one as she packs. Lucas opens the door for the both of them. "My friend has connections. Will help you temporarily." he explains.
Asha shoulders the satchel and exits quietly. Lucas opens the door wider for Jasmine.
Jasmine smile and walks out saying thank you to Lucas.
Lucas closes the door behind him and leads them out onto the street, reasonably busy at sunrise. He walks through the road and paths, looking around all the time for danger.Asha takes Jasmine's hand as she follows.
Jasmine takes her sisters hand as they follow Lucas. She tires not to look around and being suspcious.
Suddenly, guards turn the corner. Lucas pushes them back against the building and lowers his head, trying not to draw attention. Asha does so too, looking at her feet.
