Ilana so i REALLY HATE to draw comparisons between stories/series, but i felt like there were a few similarities here. let me know your thoughts.

In both finale books, there was a 'Rising' type situation going on where there was an under ground rebellion coming into action to go against an idyllic society...with our leading female somewhat at the helm. Granted, Cassia wasn't a MokingJay persona by any leap or bound, she still played a pivotal role no?

The stone villages/the carving are somewhat similar to District 13 where there was a community of really knowledgable rebels working on solutions to what was going on.

love triangle of course, w/ one being in the army (Gale) and one being an Official (Xander) yet Xander also not being what he seemed.

ok - i'll stop there for now, but let me know if i'm off base. i really enjoyed both books/series a lot so it's a good thing actually that i see similarities. the story lines were quite different though, so it was a great read of a new YA dystopian theme.

Grace I think you are right on track I loved both series'! Reached (Matched, #3) by Ally Condie
