Ginny was a Professional Quidditch Player.
Ron and Harry were Aurors.
Hermione reversed her parents' memory charms, finished her 7th year at Hogwart's, then worked at the Ministry.
George married Angelina Johnson and they had two children.
Professor McGonagall became Headmistress.
Neville is the only one to teach (that we know); married Hannah Abbott.
Luna married Rolf Scamander and became a famous naturalist, and discovered and classified many new species of animals during her career. She never found a Crumple-Horned Snorkack.
Lucius and Narcissa Malfoy were not imprisoned after the Battle of Hogwarts because Harry could testify to his and Narcissa's change of heart.

I would love it if J.K Rowling wrote another series (or at least another book in the series) to answer questions and fill in a few gaps and let people know what happened to everyone!

I want to know the love story of Draco and his wife...

I think that J.K.R. implied in interviews that Harry and Dudley were on Christmas card terms, and that, occasionally, their children would play together.

I think there is no way that JKR coould possibly have out so much information into one book. I, like any fan, am dying to know what became of every single character in those books but sometimes a little mystery is best. It is simply not practical for any author to explain what happens to all their characters. Particularly for a series as complex as HP. She could have done all this and the most die hard HP fans would still want more. Plus she has mentioned before that she will eventually write an encyclopedia on the series and I have no doubt she will include a lot of this information here. And in the meantime we have Pottermore where she reveals quite a lot of info never mentioned in the books.

I always wanted to know if Harry went back to the house that Sirius gave him,and how Kreacher received him.

Here is what happened to the main 3 characters:

Harrybecame an Auror and the year his daughter Lily was born (2008), he became the youngest ever Head Auror.
Ron worked briefly at Weasley's Wizard Wheezes before going and joining the Auror Office
Hermione joined the Department of Magical Law enforcing S.P.E.W-like stuff. She also removed the memory charm on her parents.
All three got Chocolate Frog cards.

No....McGonacall didn't become the headmistress......Rowling said that herself in a q/A of DH.....

i always wondered what happened to hermoinie's parents after the battle was over. did she go back and restore their memory of her or didnt she? would it be possible? i know she did it originally to keep them safe, but the danger is gone. can their family recover? she has a family with ron, do they know?

I have other question too.What does Harry and Ron work as? I dont think Harry would work under the ministry.But Ron probably would.

I think she should just go ahead and write a new series about all of Harry and Ginny's kids. :)

I would love Rowling to answer your questions, you defiantely have some good ones! I would love to know what happened to Luna and have wondered what happened to Draco's parents. Did he still live at Malfoy manor with them with his own little family? I think Rowling should do a Q&A on this sort of stuff!! :)
