I don't think we can ever find out because it's our deepest, darkest desire. That makes it harder to know doesn't it?
Myself as healthy. Not having a disease that leaves me writhing in pain every morning.

I would see myself with a notebook, a pencil, and a laptop. I'd have thought up several video games with more on the way, each and every one of them published with positive reception.

A successful scientist who has no embarrassing back round with everyone's love.
As someone else said, I'm not really sure, but it would probably be me on Principal's Honor Roll (darn you, math!), me at Hogwarts, or me as an English teacher.
I say something once that said something very close to:
If I looked into the Mirror of Erised, I'd see myself exactly the way I was, because if I was looking in it, I'd be at Hogwarts, and all my dreams would have come true.
Assuming it's actually still at Hogwarts somewhere, yes.
My non-magical related one would be myself as a successful author.

I'm not sure what my DEEPEST desire is, but a desire of mine is to become a book critic.

Probably me, destroying all existing universes and beings.
Being able to escape into one of my books as the main character and then when it was over come back out and remember everything but nobody noticing anything
