I just finished The Sense of an Ending. I usually don't like bks that are so much in the main protagonist's head but this was well done. The twist at the end was handled well, also.

Just finished a short book called Miranda, I thought it was great! Now trying to get into Gone Girl.
Just finished The Book ThiefIt was wonderfully powerful. I am a fan of historical fiction but would suggest this to a larger group of readers. This book shows the importance of literature and writing through a young girls perspective. Simply brill.

I also think this is a good read for young readers (I am almost 14). Amazing that it satisfies many age groups!

I had only spoken to people who had read it in their late 20's and older so it's great to hear that younger readers are enjoying it too. Thanks for sharing Julie :)

Hi, Julie!
I have heard only positive things about The Book Thief. I've wanted to read it for a few years now, and so I added it to my 2013 reading goal. I cannot wait to finally read it!:)

Yea, Dustin! Glad you added The Book Thief. It is an excellent read and you will not be disappointed :)
Just finished Thirst No. 1: The Last Vampire, Black Blood, and Red Dice. Not too bad; much better as I got further into the main characters story; after that I was hooked :)

Awesome Dustin, you will LOVE it!
Aw, thank you so very much, guys!! I'm loving the enthusiasm for the book. I've no doubt that I'll love it!
Finished The Casual Vacancy. I liked it, but it was sad, kinda depressed me for awhile afterwards. Still need to do my review, but I think I don't have enough time today...
Dustin wrote: "I just finished Black House the other day. My review isn't up yet, but will be shortly."I'm looking forward to hearing what your thoughts :)
Janie wrote: "Getting close to finishing The One I left Behind! Awesome read! Sorry I am almost through with it!"Sounds like a good read Janie - I've added it to my list :)
Loved it Michelle, ALOT! Now struggling through N&D still. I am thankful that I have more buddy reads this month so I can take more breaks from this read.
Just finished reading The Giver. 4 stars; but the ending just tore me up.. i didn't like it at all. i thought there was hope, but the author just dashed my hopes against the ground... :(

Aw, that's all right, book-sister. I am STILL working on Atlas Shrugged, which I began in December. And surprisingly, I'm less than 50% through TGWTDT (please see my latest status..)

LOL Alondra I gotta say that finishing N&D was a huge accomplisment! Forgive me for going on about it, I am just relieved. Now reading Wolves of the Calla and it is very good. I have read almost 300 pages since yesterday so that is pretty good. Hope to finish it soon for my next buddy read 11/22/63. This should be an awesome read.

Indeed, 11/22/63 is an amazing book, Janie. Amazing beyond words, IMO!
