Hey. Here's my absolute favourite business/ self help recommendations:
Crucial Conversations Tools for Talking When Stakes are High
The SPEED of Trust The One Thing that Changes Everything
First, Break All the Rules What the World's Greatest Managers Do Differently
Now, Discover Your Strengths
I'm in Human Resources and I'm always recommending these to Managers and Employees alike.
I've just got our corporate library to order Strengths-Based Leadership, and I've got high hopes for it.
Cheers.
