adding my first bookcover etc.

I am about to attempt my first addition of a book cover for the kindle version of this book.

Before I do, I want to be sure I have the correct information and processes. After reading through the manual and many of the threads, as I understand it, we are not to use booksellers. i.e. Amazon. However, the publisher cited by Amazon for the kindle edition lists Harlequin as the publisher.
1. is Harlequin not a bookseller as well? I could not find the policy on their site, but assume the picture of the cover is not acceptable to use?

2. the author has the book cover on her web site, and it looks the same as the cover I have on my kindle, should I use it?

Publishers who also use their site to sell books are still ok sources.

1.) Covers from those that are only booksellers is not allowed, but covers from publisher sites (even if they also sell books) is fine. So covers taken directly from the Harlequin site should be ok.

2.) Covers from the author's website are also ok.
