Koenraad (koenraadkelemen) | 7015 comments I have come across the South-African author André P. Brink, who often writes his books in two languages (Afrikaans and English) and publishes them simultaniously. Is there an official policy in these cases on what to put in the 'original title' field?

1. African title
2. English title
3. English title / African title
4. African title / English title
5. Something else ?

vicki_girl | 2764 comments Looking at his English Wiki page, it appears that he started writing in Afrikaans, but then started self translating into English after his second book. Therefore, I would use option #4, as Afrikaans appears to be his first language.
