I ended up really liking this novel. I wish we had read it in one of my classes in high school as it would be really interesting to discuss. Wikipedia claims Baz Lurhman is going to make a new film of the book. I hope he gets Hugh Jackman to play Gatsby, which is who I imagined as that character!

There's a link right above the comment box that says "(some html is ok)". If you click that, it will show you how to italicize, underline, bold, etc. (It opens in its own window, so it won't make everything you've already written in the box disappear when you click it.) I can't get the indenting to work, but the others work fine.

The link to the left of it, "add book/author", will let you search for a book or author (in a little pop-up-type box) and will automatically add a link to the book or author you add, like this: I Heart You, You Haunt Me. (I'm currently reading this for my poetry book.)

for the spring cleaning task- i have 2 TBR lists. the one on here which is limited and one i started in high school that's super extensive and i update more regularly than my goodreads one. can i use that TBR list or does it have to be the one on here?

I started a book and am halfway finished...
Started my audio driving task (but I am only 15 minutes away from where I work, so this could take forever)
I started another book earlier yesterday and could not get into it, so I have three tasks at least started!

The ironic thing is I read four books between Tues-Sat last week and the challenge was not even going on then! I think I have been spending too much time on here and not reading...

Robin- I generally seem to like Steinbeck as well. He's great. Let me know if you decide to read E.G. Speare. Those are some of my top favorites that I have read off the Newberry lists. (And I am trying to read all from both the winners and the honors lists, and I've gotten pretty far...)
