I dont like scifi, but still loove this series.
There is so many things to love in these books.

I enjoy sci-fi, but it's really not crazy science and alien-full. The world is absolutely wonderful, so creative and interesting! The way Marissa Meyer ties the fairy tales together in a futuristic series is genius.

Oh my gosh!!! I loved this book. I am a die hard Twilight fan so I had to try it. I typically would not pick a book about aliens. But Stephanie is so good she had me crying over these aliens. Definitely give it a try.

I'm hoping I can get some answers since it looks like there hasn't been any posts in over a year. So I just recently watched Vampire Academy and I usually read the book before the movie but this time I didn't. Has anyone read the series and if so would you recommend it?

I've read the first book and I liked it surprisingly much. Haven't seen the movie so I can't compare them but I'd say the book is worth reading.
