Has anyone read the book immortal by Gillian shields? There are mixed reviews about it and was wondering what your opinions are on it.
I am not sure if I should start
. I mean, it is a pretty long series, so I'd like to make sure it doesn't suck before I start.
lol I know many people who loved it - seriously, have read the whole series and can't wait for the next book...for whatever reason, I just did not like the first book...I found Sookie incredibly annoying...
I like the True Blood adaptation better than the books, I've read the first four and so far, the show is far superior...

The other book I've never read
For those of you who have read
, is it something I should tackle? Will i want to gouge out my minds eye afterwards? Be hearbroken? Grow as a person or just be entertained? Is it worth my time?THX!
Becky (Indiana) wrote: "For those of you who have read

I just wanted to know if it was worth my time... Plus I'll need to wait for a time I'm ok with being sad, lol. Thx Angela!

Becky wrote: "For those of you who have read

I don't like sci-fi but this one I liked. If you read it as any book you'll like it just don't expect the classic Twilight Saga like some readers did.
Enjoy. :)
Should I read this book
???? I've heard both good and bad things about it and I dont know if I should pick it up.
I thought it was cute, but it's not as good as I hoped. My review: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...If you liked her previous books, you'd probably like this one too.
I'm with Angela on this one. It was cute and so MANY people loved it. But not me. I hated that one. I liked Eleanor & park, though.
Right?! I was expecting a lot more from what everyone else was saying. I'm not sure about her upcoming books now. :/
yeah, really disappointed. It was like I was reading a different book from everyone else. I don't think I'll read anymore of her books.
Thanks, my friend is reading it right now and she said she's really enjoying it but I've also heard from others that it wasn't the best. If I ever get around to getting it, it probably won't be in the near future.
I dident care for eleanor @ park but loove fangirl.
but hey thats how it is a lot of the time, divided opinions on books.

Should I read...
? I've heard mixed reviews from friends on Goodreads. A lot of them seem to really like it at first but then they are hating it by the end. Once I read one book in a series I usually have to read the rest, whether I like them or not. Is it worth getting invested in this series?

I am reading Divergent right now. I don't know if it is similar to the hunger games because I have never read that series, but I would definitely read Divergent by Veronica Roth. It is way better then I thought it was going to be. I hope this helps you.

I would read Ellen Hopkins books too. I have read all of her books and all of them are really good. I don't really have a favorite of her books because I liked them all equally as much.
? I didn't ever really want to read this book, it sounds weird, but I usually like science fiction. It seems like a lot of people have read it, and I have wondered if I should read it, even though the synopsis does not really make me want to read it.
