On to the next baby step...go..Stephanie..go!

Sorry just need to vent!

I have been feeling crappy about myself for a long time.. and I felt hopeless.
Just remember to start small. And not get frustrated with yourself.. because you ARE trying and that's whats important!
We are here for you :)


40 min on treadmill
banana
apple
lots of coffee, some water
I usually get my water in at lunch which is in an hour.



Today though:
40 min on treadmill
liter of water, coffee, and Earl Grey green tea after lunch.
good breakfast and good lunch.
Now if I can stay out of the crap while I am cooking dinner =(

No exercise, up late on Monday night (**grin**)
eat well and drank lots of water, no food after 6 pm
Wednesday:
41 min on Treadmill
venti non-fat carmel mocha (breakfast)
lunch-will be lean cusine and apple.
dinner-will be subway-I wont be home until late tonight.

My family will be leaving for FLA in 16 weeks. So my goal is to be bathing suit ready by 6/8/09.
New Week:
3/2/09 Eat right all day no execise though...stayed up late reading.
3/3/09 40min on treadmill
Smart one for breakfast 4pts

We'll keep reminding you of your goal. Watch out for that bathing-suit ready body..LOL
