Cat I know I have posted on the Alex or Julian discussion that I'm Team Alex, hardcore, forever, but does Lena really deserve him? Should she go back to him after the hell he's been through for her? Is he too good for her? Look at how Lena let his love fly to the wind. Sure, she struggled with the loss of his death for so long and it was so hard for her to cope. But if you really, truly love someone like Lena supposedly did, would even changing who you are make you fall in love with another man in less than a year? She never gave it a second thought that maybe he wasn't dead even through all that blood, like I had wondered so many nights after reading the books. As with Julian, he was being prepared to be killed, and he might have already been dead when Lena found him, yet she still went after him, proving how much stronger her love for him is. So I think they belong together. Maybe Alex belongs with this Coral girl after all. It could be for better. What do you all think?

Cat Me too. But I guess I wasn't looking at it clearly either. I'm just scared for the third book because it's going to break or make everything. Either Lena and Alex will finally end up together, or Julian and Lena will, or . . . there's just so many possiblities. And Lena's different now. So is Alex. Do they still belong together?

Cat I know. It's crazy how Lauren Oliver ends every one of her books. I've read Delirium, Pandemonium, Liesl & Po, and they all have crazy, make-your-heart-tear-out-of-your-chest endings (and they both have love triangles <3). So I'm going to start reading Before I Fall in a couple of days. I'm preparing to have my heart ripped out first!

Cat That's what my friends who've already read it say too. And I'm pretty sure it's true because just read the book cover made me shiver with anticipation.

Kagami im in team alex too, still hoping lena will be with alex in the beginning of pandemonium but after seeing lena "threw his love away" maybe alex too god for her. just hoping that lena love's alex more than julian.

is that Liesl & Po really amazing? but i have read before i fall and that's amaziing!

I think Alex is too good for her. I just hope he doesn't end up loveless. That would suck... to the max.

Liesl and Po was really good because it had vivid descriptions and elegant pictures--the overall story was touching. But what really drew me in was the conflict between Liesl, Po, and Will (I can't get enough of love triangles) and how it would be resolved. Needless to say, I was disappointed as I was with every Lauren Oliver book's ending (Alex dies, Julian arrives...), as it seems she just loves to neglect the first boy thrown into the scene. But yes, it was good.

And I still haven't gotten to read Before I Fall...

Still haven't read it! Arrgh. But I've finally picked up a book for the first time in a month, so I'm getting there. Just let me finish reading The Rise of Nine.
