Okay, so I may be some of that now too, but at least now I'm making the choice to be that way. As Viktor Frankl reminds us in

Huh, I think I've changed a lot. I was more shy, my voice would shake like crazy if I had to speak in front of people. Blah blah blah. But I am still sarcasta-bitch. ;) LOL

Let's hear it for the sarcastic bitches club!

Anyway- this is a tough one for me- I think I have changed for the better in many ways, but I think I still am who I always was. I may be more confident and smarter :-) now, but I still ask a million questions, I still get really nervous before presentations or confrontations but then suck it up in the end and put on a darned good "show"! I think I'm much nicer than I was when I was younger, but have always been a people pleaser! But honesty has always been important to me as well, even when it is disadvantageous to me... (I've never liked playing "games" but will do so when necessary- like at my job!!)

Stephanie, I have to agree with you. While I've become older, more confident, and learned a lot over the years there's still a lot about me that stayed the same. I still carry a book (although now it's an e-reader) with me wherever I go, I'm still an overachiever and perfectionist, I hate speaking in public although I'll suck it up and be just fine, and I still prefer to have a few really close friends that I can count on than being the life of the party.

I could have written this! I'll just add that I speak my mind even when an opinion has not been requested but I'm also sort of a clown, so better confidence allowed me to say a lot more of what I think as jokes.
And let me just add that it is great to read that everyone feels they grew in a positive way! :)
Weelll, it's funny that you ask this cause my 14 yr. old niece claimed that I am still a teenager. Jeez, just cause I'm still boy crazy, read YA books and watch Teen Wolf/Gossip girl doesn't mean I am a teenager. HAHA. Or wait, does it? LOL I am pleading young at heart.
