The above book needs to be merged (because it is a duplicate) into this version: Scribbling You may need to make some changes to the author name to make it work. AFAIK the author is only releasing this as a Kindle edition at this time, which is why I say merge. If you're more comfortable combining them, that's fine. Thanks!
