Need help figuring out this book

Hi all, is there anyone who could give me a hand working out the record for this book? The title From "Ghost Stories of an Antiquary" does not seem to match the description, plus I was wondering if it should be combined with the book Ghost Stories of an Antiquary by the same author. Thanks for your help.

I replaced the description. I wouldn't combine with the similar title, as this one may be only selections from the larger work.
