Misfit I love to scrounge the library sales and always on the hunt for long lost books worthy of a new life. Can't call them yet, but here's a couple of interesting finds.

Tucson Fortunes West by A.R. Riefe
River of Destiny by Pat Winter Whoot! New France. You should see the map on the inside.
Long Knife by James Alexander Thom George Rogers Clark. I really liked Thom's Follow the River.
Water of Life by Henry Morton Robinson
As the Crow Flies by Jeffrey Archer

Any other suggestions?

Just the first two. Loved them.

Susanna - Censored by GoodReads (susannag) | 105 comments The third one, Ever After is also largely American, and very good. The series goes more international, with a lot of settings in England, after that.

Ever After's setting is the Spanish-American War.

Misfit This is one of several unfinished series I need to get back to. I keep getting side-tracked.

No, but I do want to read more from Thom. He's got one on Lewis and Clark. The title escapes me and I really need to get back to working today :/
