Hello everyone!

We're planning a kind of "Manila Walking Tour", since it is, after all, Buwan ng Wika :) August 9, Friday, Intramuros, Rizal Park and National Museum :D

Here's the itinerary:

9-930am: Meet-up at Intramuros
10am-12pm: Linger and picture-taking at Intramuros
12-1pm: Lunch at Intramuros
1-2pm: Walk to National Museum via Rizal Park (haha, mga 10-20 minutes lang 'to, but we might have stops along the way xD)
2-5pm: National Museum tour


Notes:
- We should really aim to get to the National Museum by around 2pm, because the museum closes by around 5pm. P150 per ticket.
- It's a walking tour, so people should expect to walk, ha xD

Yesterday's do-it-yourself walking tour (and after-tour HOHOL) was so much fun! My back and leg muscles hurt like hell but it was worth it. Haha! Thanks to DC for planning this whole thing. :)

Hey Jappi! We have monthly book discussions, and then we meet every now and then in between that. Usually for movies, or random hang outs or planned walks like the one we had last Friday. :)

Discussions are usually on the third or fourth weekend of the month. Our next discussion is on August 31, and we'll talk about Tall Story by Candy Gourlay. :) We'll post more details soon! As for the random meet-ups (or HOHOLs, as we call it), we usually post it here or on Facebook so check back every now and then. I hope you can join us too! We'd love to meet you. :)

Komikon on Saturday, November 16 at Bayanihan Center! Who's game? I'll be there by around 2:30pm to get some stuff (and look at the stuff the comic writers are giving for the Yolanda relief effort), and then heading over to Pioneer Center after for our own Yolanda relief efforts. Game game game? :)

(Matagal pa F2F, and ReaderCon was moved, so this seems like a nice time to meet-up and talk about stuff, mostly how we can help the Yolanda survivors more. Because the giving does not stop. :D)
