3:23 a.m. EST Just finished the tome and ready to move on to something other than Vine books... so, some LibraryThing Early Reviewer stuff that is past due... here I come!

11:25 a.m. And today is deep cleaning day. Closets, floors, etc. Reading a little in-between chores or to just take a break for a few minutes. Hope everyone has a wonderful Sunday!
10:29 AM. Catching on GR and about to write my review for Under the Dome. Something is wrong with my computer (using Mark's right now), and after two hours last night, I just gave up. Today, I am cleaning house, need to go to the grocery store, and start a new read. I didn't read anything yesterday, and that felt weird. lol...

6:57pm feeling really drowsy and achey:( on the bright side my cheque for completing my college course cleared today so I've got £240 to spend on new books:D
Janie, you receive mail on Sunday? Anyway, I really want to read NOS4A2 but the price... O.O Jordan, sorry you're not feeling well! Hope you feel better soon.
2:40 p.m. EST I was going to go to the Men's Wearhouse today to be fitted for my tux for my cousin's wedding in June, but am feeling really miserable, so I called them to find out if this deadline was a real deadline or a created deadline, and found out that the REAL deadline is 14 days prior to when we need the tux, so ... created. Which is good, 'cause I really didn't want to have to go to the mall today. I'll try again next week. Oh, why a tux? The other two attendants Keli asked are men. Originally she was going to have me just wear either a black dress or black pants and a white shirt, but she just decided to have us all rent a tux. I think it'll be fun! When I was a junior in high school, the one senior girl with whom I was actually friends wore a tux to Prom. Of course she looked like a model, and I really, really do NOT, but she looked awesome in it (Note: she eventually became a model... I dunno how "famous" she was, I've never seen any of her stuff, but she WAS a model. She lives in California now, IIRC). Of course she was dating the cutest guy in my class, and seeing the two of them in matching tuxes was pretty neat.
Anyway, so I'll hang out, hope that things fix themselves, do some reading, and tomorrow? I edit. :-)
4:20 PM. About to get back into My Sweet Audrina by V.C. Andrews. I'm only ten pages into it, and it's amazing how much I love her writing style. We went out for a drive for a bit because we were bored, but came home because you can only drive so much. LOL. Going to throw a load of laundry in the washer before I get back to reading. OH, and I'm about to order Petals on the Wind by V.C. Andrews for the Flowers in the Attic buddy read, since I can't find it ANYWHERE in the edition I want it in. Thank goodness for Amazon! :)Hope you are all having a wonderful Sunday! :)
6:38 p.m. EST Went to Beef O'Brady's for a late lunch/early dinner (linner? Dunch?). Mmmm. Think I'll take a muscle relaxant and try to nap a bit more.

7:40 PM. Dinner is almost ready: Polska kielbasa sausage, jambalaya, black-eyed peas, and squash. Going to watch a little t.v. in a bit because one of our shows has a finale tonight and we have another show on tonight. Also need to iron Mark's slacks and shirts, and hopefully get back to reading. :)
Janie, yay for Randy getting you Horns! That was very sweet of him. I think I am going to read it after I finish My Sweet Audrina. I wish Mark would surprise me with books, but it's probably better he doesn't because I don't think he would know what to get me. Lol!

9:13 PM and I here I am again wondering what to read. That wouldn't be so bad if I didn't have several hundred books on my TBR and six other books going. There are times like yesterday when I want to read everything in the world and then there are these times when I just don't know what I'm in the mood for...

9:50 AM. Good morning, GR!!!! I'm about to get back to reading My Sweet Audrina, but first, I need some coffee. My Sweet Audrina is a MESSED UP story already. I couldn't imagine being this young girl. Anyways, I ordered Petals On the Wind yesterday, so my series will be complete for the upcoming buddy read of the Flowers in the Attic series. Looking forward to reading today, and seeing my GR friends' posts. :)

Plan on trying to finish NOS4A2 and Whispers by the time the day is done. Should be relatively easy! I did up my challenge for the year. I am up to 65 books for the year. My niece let me borrow XO for my A-Z challenge. So I have that set to go.

12:13 p.m. EST Ugh, not doing too well. Not sure if it's colitis or diverticulitis, all I know is I friggin' HURT... But it's better than it was, so I'm hoping I'm on the downhill side. I spent most of the night curled up in bed hugging a pillow, or running to the other room urgently... Heh. Anyway, I did manage to read most of my book I started yesterday AND even managed some sleep once I kicked out the cats so they wouldn't disturb me just as I was starting to relax, but I still feel really wiped out. But I have editing to do this week, so I'll at least try to make a start on it before I crash again...
Hopefully all the other folks on here are doing better!

Y'all are making me want to order books!!! LOL! Well, I did yesterday, but it is only one book.
12:45 PM. Received an email from Amazon saying my order yesterday of Petals On the Wind was cancelled because the item was no longer in stock at that location. So, I had to go re-order it. I have never had that happen to me, so that was a bit odd. Just finished lunch: turkey sandwich and baked Cheetos. Looking forward to working out in a few hours. STILL have no idea what to cook for dinner. Any suggestions? LOL

Kathryn I can't give you any ideas about dinner because I don't know myself what to have. I know we need to go to the store though.
Kathryn, had you ordered it off the Marketplace? Probably they had just one copy and someone else ordered it 3 seconds ahead of you... :-) Sorry about that! Hope you find another copy (although I really do not like her books, but that's me... glad SOMEONE does!)2:07 p.m. Geez, lay around moaning for 20 hours and a hella lot of e-mail piles up... almost done...

6:52 PM. Had a nice workout, figured out dinner, and am going to read until it's time to cook. Mark wants breakfast burritos, and that sounds good to me! Hoping we get much needed rain, but hoping we don't get tornadoes because we're under a watch right now.

8:58pm ET. Day 9 of 14 day prison sentence with my mother. I am literally counting down until Saturday..I had to work late, and didn't get home until almost 7pm.
She asks me to take her to the store....
me: (no, and hell no). "Will has been home all day, ask him."
her: "I don't want to bother him."
me: "..but it is okay to harass me after i have been at work all day. where is the consideration?"
her: "you sure you don't want to take me?"

LOL at me....that should have said pissed. Dang auto-correct! Long islands would make me gone til Saturday, too! I made the mistake of having three of those once because they were good and the first time I had ever had one. NEVER AGAIN. Just think about three of those at dinner in two hours. LMBO!

10:57 p.m. EST Just taking a quick break from editing since I finished my book, so I'll be setting up the next one and then returning to editing... :-) Will be taking a nap soonish, since the earlier one was unsuccessful...
Hope you make it through that Alondra. So did you end up taking her to the store?
