Just got home. Gonna attempt to finish Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban and maybe read a bit more in What Dreams May Come.
10:27 PM. Just watched The Walking Dead tonight. Man I love that show. Only three episodes left. I'm going to be sad when I have to wait for the fourth season.
2:26 a.m. EST Had a lovely nap and don't feel so icky anymore. I had an anxiety attack in the evening, just out of NOWHERE. So annoying. I found a short story by the same author whose book I just read (Krista Ball), so I'm going to read that after I finish my e-mail, take another nap, and then I'll be editing today. The sequel to The Dreamer Genome by Steve Grant; should be great!
4:47PM So glad GR is back up, was down all day till now! It makes me happy. Anyone else had a problem?
6:02 p.m. EST Yup, Janie, it only came up for me a bit over an hour ago. Richard Derus was the earliest attempt I knew of, and he started trying to come on at 9 a.m.; talked to a lot of people throughout the day about it. A friend in Minneapolis was able to connect to it while most of us were still locked out, and another in India connected about 45 minutes before I was able to; another in Ohio, I think, was able to connect before I could, and a person in the Netherlands was commenting she could connect, but most of us couldn't make it through until about 5 p.m. EST. No real explanation other than a mention of "technical problems" on Twitter. Meanwhile, I'm editing today, so fun!
I connect through Verizon. I haven't had any problems today. I did think it was pretty slow today, though.
7:11 PM tried GR on several devices and computers, even the one at the library and it was down for me all day. So glad to be back. Had a great day. Off work so the family went to the library today, and then we ran some errands. Just finished giving little one a bath and will be putting him to bed soon.
8:20 p.m. EST Just taking a break from editing to clear out e-mail! It's a rainy but warm day today, and I'm enjoying listening to the rain fall outside my window!
8:20pm ET. About to help hubby with a test for school... ggrrr. I thought I was done helping "kids"... humpf!
7:28 PM. Throughout the day, I get my GR updates on my phone. I noticed I wasn't get any phone updates when I finally started getting them over an hour ago.
8:18PM I am very glad the GR is working for everyone again. I was seriously having withdrawls lol. But it does not happen often at all so I guess it is allowed this time. Did my fit test and yeah baby I improved on all exercises! I am proud of myself! Grandbaby left earlier this afternoon around 4:00. Miss him already, but I am gonna get some good read time in and maybe finish this book this evening if not it will be tomorrow morning. Wow I am just going on and on. I guess because of my withdrawls.....have a nice evening everyone and I am here free to chat with all lol ok going now.
926pm-there really is never anything on tv so happy for grcongrats on your fit test results janie :D
9:30 p.m. EST Just taking another e-mail clearing-out break from editing! Have Edgar Allan Poe's The Purloined Letter for my "when I have a few minutes" read going on. Once I'm done with my editing, I'll be finishing Jolea M. Harrison's series; I read the first 5 books, and have three to go. Next week it's Karyn Henley's Angelaeon series, and the week after that it's the Godling Chronicles. Crazy!

Chuck the site was completely down and came at different time for different people. When the server came back up I had only a few capacity issues.
9:08PM Just got out of the shower and now gonna settle in with my book and enjoy a nice quiet evening with my coffee!
Rachel ty so much for the gratz! This is really important to me. Trying to get fit again like I was about 15 years ago. LOL

11:24 p.m. EST about 1/3 of the way through this manuscript I'm editing; things are becoming exciting! This will be an awesome book :-) Talking to the folks scheduled out over the next few weeks to confirm my schedule; things are pretty busy for the next couple of months, which is good. Erasmus has been helping me; he helped me by sitting on my lap for awhile, but now he's laying beside me. Tiger came down from the top of the cupboards looking for food, which make His Royal Fluffiness the Fluff decide he wanted food, but he can't eat out of the dish like the other boys, oh, no, I have to put the food on top of the bin in which Dmitry keeps his work clothes, and Fluff eats there. Spoiled little shit... LOL
It is 12:05 a.m. here and I just got home from work. So frustrating for me today because I work second shift and couldn't get on GR at all before work. Started reading another book today
and just put some food in the oven. Now, I get to update my reads :)

1:48AM just put my son back to bed. He woke up around 12:30 AM and had a bad dream so he snuggled with us in our bed for a bit. Now I'm wide awake and can't sleep. I'm going to be a mess at work tomorrow. Guess ill read a little more. Finished Rage by Stephen King this morning and read to graphic novels. I have another to start tonight before I start my next book tomorrow. Hope everyone else is sleeping. See you guys tomorrow.
3:51am. Suddenly wide awake. Will check out GR and then back to The Brothers Karamazov. It's getting good. Going to try and finish it in the next couple days. Will find out today when my root canal will be scheduled. In the meantime, it's Vicodin, antibiotics, and soft food. Not doing much cooking. Happy Tuesday all!
10.56am, just put the little one down for his nap which means I can read some more of Anna Karenina while he is sleeping. I am over halfway through now!!:) x
7:24am. Getting ready for work and about to eat cereal. Wishing the weather would make up its mind because it has given me a severe sore throat. Going to pick my husband's wedding anniversary tonight after work.. Our 3rd anniversary is tomorrow, and you know what that means? THE MOODY BLUES CONCERT!!! I can't wait! Have a great day everyone!
10:48AM Good Morning all. I will be finishing The Dark Tower today! Sad to see it come to an end. Will be having lunch soon.
Terry ouch on the root canal. Gratz Lucy on the halfway mark! HAPPY ANNIVERSARY to you both Kathryn! Hope you guys havea wonderful day together! My anni is coming up in a couple of weeks. 14 years for us! :)

Ooh, Kathryn, love the Moody Blues! That will be fun! Chris, sorry you woke early. Terry, hope the root canal goes well the you can manage in the meantime.1:23 p.m. EST Managed to reluctantly drag myself out of bed about 1/2 hour ago. SO TIRED... Ugh. Hate when this happens. Hopefully this liter of Coke will wake me up! LOL Lots of e-mail to go through... it does pile up when I'm away for 12 hours. Once that's cleared out, it's back to editing. It looks lovely and sunny out, but I need to do this editing before I can sun, so I better move it. Maybe tomorrow I'll be able to take some sun...
12:31PM At work, getting into what needs to be done today. Stopping by to check in, but I will be around all night. Late shift today. Didn't get to sleep till 3am and then my son woke me early. I am a walking zombie today. Need caffeine desperately.
2:59 p.m. EST Still trudging through my e-mail... The problem with sleeping is the e-mail piles up! I can see the end, though, and then I'll be editing again. Wheee! Life is such a zany roller-coaster ride...
5:02 PM. Went to the doctor today. Got the results form the MRI. They are sending me for physical therapy for 4-5 weeks. I can't return to martial arts for another month. Well, lets hope the physical therapy works.
4:11PM Just finished dinner. Will be doing my work out soon. Gonna start Jack & Jill by Patterson after that.
Dan keeping you in prayers that the PT works.

Thanks, Janie. LOL...you should broadcast a message to the group "everyone pray for Dan". No, seriously, I appreciate it :)
Kathryn wrote: "7:24am. Getting ready for work and about to eat cereal. Wishing the weather would make up its mind because it has given me a severe sore throat. Going to pick my husband's wedding anniversary tonig..."Aww, Happy Anniversary in advance, Kathryn!! Even though the weather is a little crazy, I know you feel sunny inside :-). Enjoy the rest of your day!
6:40 PM. I got home from work and from picking up my anniversary gift to the best husband in the world. Dinner is cooking, and I'm still waiting for Mark to get home from work. Gizmo and Pepper seem happy Momma is home, and I'm happy to be home with them. While I have a few quiet moments, I'm going to read, relax, and hopefully not fall asleep...haha!Janie and Tee27-Thank you!!! :)
Lucy-How is Anna Karenina?
Kathryn, they said they didn't want me to have the surgery because they want me to have physical therapy first. However, I do think that this is something I may have to live with for the rest of my life. :/
Dan, hoping the PT helps. Happy anniversary, Kathryn; my husband and I celebrated 11 years just a bit over a month ago.8:35 p.m. EST Okay, finished with the edit. Will probably have to do another read-through of last week's manuscript, but still waiting on one of the beta readers and suggested changes, so now ready to read the last three books in the Guardians of the Word series by Jolea M. Harrison. It'll take me awhile to set up the first review, because I'll have to note down all the series info and URLs for the reviews, but once I have that done the first time, I can just copy and paste and add the latest as I go forward. It's all so complicated! LOL I remember when I used to just write a quick review on Amazon, before I had to add disclosures and disclaimers and all that nonsense... Ah, well, it's a lot of fun to find all these new authors through my reviewing!
Dan wrote: "Kathryn, they said they didn't want me to have the surgery because they want me to have physical therapy first. He always recommended PT before ANY surgery, unless there was too much damage. Once surgery stops you can never go back; so he always tried other stuff first. It will be hard, but probably worth it in the end. I think you will get more out of it because of your workout regimen anyway.
