What time is it and what are you doing?
8:34 p.m. EST Was contacted by ABNA today since some people backed out, so they hoped we could do some extra reviews. I did two just now, but the 2nd one's blurb started out "Twenty-five-year-old girl X thinks only about boys..." etc. That started me seeing red. Then the story starts out with her on a plane with some dude having sexual fantasies about her because she is a secretary, and then she claims she's lesbian to make him even more drooly, and I was just thinking, "What is this crap??" GAH! So, I had to stop and cool down. I'll read some more, although this book isn't holding my interest like the first one in the series did. Still, I have so many things I need to do and I just can't focus on any of them!
Kathryn, it sounds like you have quite a fun weekend planned. I would love to do that, good luck with the power point. I know basics but that's about it. Michelle, I hope you fell better. Working with a headache is the worst.
8:00 PM and our friend will be over soon to hang out and watch some of our favorite shows. She couldn't make it for dinner but we enjoyed it. Talk to you all later.

12:17am and just not ready to sleep. (Took a nap from 9-11 so that's probably why.) That's OK, lots to do. Spending time on GR and then I have plenty of good stuff to read to see me through the night. I'm in a stage again where there just aren't enough hours for me to read all that I want to. Hello to all you night owls (on EST) on GR!
1:36 a.m. EST Hubby is making some supper. I have another giveaway just go live on my blog, so I was doing some promoting. I just posted a status update that includes the link if anyone is interested. A bit more e-mail and then I'm going to finish this book.

11:07 AM. Shoulder is bothering me again today.
Sorry to hear your shoulder is hurting, Dan.2:12 p.m. EST Been up about an hour. Went outside and sat in the sun for about 20 minutes, finished the book of poetry I was reading on my Nook and started a short-story anthology (The Inner City by Karen Heuler). Now I'm back on the computer, so I'll return to reading Blind God's Bluff! At least, I will once I finish clearing out my e-mail.

4:30 p.m. EST Just sent the hubby off to work. Dog is outside enjoying the day, but if he barks much more I'll have to bring him in. Still, I like to let him stay out on his lead when the weather is nice; he has a good 20 feet to run in and plenty of water.
It's 3:55 and I'm watching Walking Dead on my DVR. I have about 6 episodes recorded. NEED TO CATCH UP! Had another bad day, but it's friday! Love the weekends. Two days with no morons around me:D LOL

8:17pm. Just finished pizza and now relaxing with GR. Enjoying watching hub play with the puppy. Took some pain pills for severe toothache--glad I had them on hand. It's helping a lot and I feel pretty good right now. Here's to a moron-free weekend, Victor!

Victor, glad to see you watching Walking Dead. Sorry to hear your having troubles at school. Do what I do and take some martial arts classes. Then you can go kick some moron ass. LMAO.

10:06 p.m. EST Well, Blind God's Bluff was a lot of fun! Now what to read next... what to read next... I had a plan but I've thrown it out the window. I should probably read a few of the Amazon Vine books teetering precariously over to the side here, but I have these NetGalley books also that are on a limited shelf-life ticktockticktock... we'll see.
It's 10:08PM and I have had the night from Hell at work. It was so bad I'm starting to understand why Jack Torrance was the way he was in the Shining. That guy was pretty sane. :-p so glad to be home with my wonderful family and just eating a late dinner while I unwind, and yes. There is Beer. Have a good night all, I'll be back tomorrow. Lets hope tomorrow is a better day at work.

3:49am, up with toothache. Only 5 hours till dentist visit. Just got my first cup of coffee (mmm...). Plan for some major reading time of The Brothers Karamazov today. Chicken and fried zucchini for dinner. Shaping up to be a good day once dental thing is taken care of. Hope all my GR buddies have a fantastic Saturday!

Sorry to hear about your tooth, Terri! I have three broken teeth, but take enough morphine for my chronic pain that they normally don't bother me. Which might be a bad thing... Anyway, I hope the visit to the dentist goes well and you feel better soon.Jordan, enjoy having your hair done!

11.37am At work with a massive headache. I'm going to take an extra long lunch break and take my mum to one of the local wineries for lunch. She lives 3 hrs away so we don't get to do that very often. Looking forward to 5pm, I'm so glad it's Friday. We have a long weekend this weekend as well - yippee!
