I'm open to just about anything I have two boys in their 20's and my third boy is over 50 so I'm up for just about whateva.....except..

I was good with the long long wide steps, but then the weirdest smell, not like the old book smell I was expecting.
No windows and I could not get out of there fast enough. Hairs up all over my neck etc.. Our creepy (man) helper disappeared - and we were in a scarry ass maze like the "Mazerunner" then...our Great Lady of the books helper somehow was there to help us/me to check out some "very specific" self-nonfiction books for hubby. She then lead us to the safety of the 8 foot staircase. She's my "Lady of the Books". Not kidding, I have not gone down there since.

By the bye "Mazy" is a word. Used it today in Scrabble for 36 points. Woot woot.

7:15AM We take Nash in today to remove the drain. He is whining right now because I have him in his kennel. I can't watch him and do this stuff here. He is a puppy and tends to get rambunctious with the other members of the fur family.

9:07PM Everything went well for Nash today. They removed the drain and said everything looked good. SO that is awesome. We have a Kennel coming for him on the 1st of February, (he really needs it), .and it should be plenty big enough at 48" tall.

So I finished Black Blood and really enjoyed it. It had a mix of things in werewolves, witches, vampires, sorcerers etc. There is going to be a book 2, so we will see if I get to review that one as well.

1:35 PM. Just stopping in to say hi to some of my favorite people who I miss so much!! I'm FINALLY reading a book!!!!

My baby girl turned a year old and is sleeping so much better (knock on wood....), and I've been reading a few pages before bed each night. I'm currently reading, "We Need To Talk About Kevin" by Lionel Shriver.

7:49 p.m. Got some great news everyone, I finally got a job. I'm gonna be starting next week, it's a custodial position for a Church, which I think will be good experience. I've had a really tough time finding a paying job since after getting done High School, because I didn't know what I wanted to do, but now I think I might have found something. I'm excited to start a new chapter but also really nervous, but that's normal.

My Mom took me out for dinner to celebrate, and we just got back home. Gonna read for a bit then I'm calling it a night. Hope everyone has a good weekend.

Lol! Susan! I lost! He said his Dvd shelf was for his DVD's only since I already have 3 book shelves. But one of them is too small! We just bought a fireplace with four book shelves on it for our bedroom! I had four fancy vases on them and thats where my books are going! I bought 3 yesterday. Night Film Lover Avenged and The Secret Keeper. I also bought 25 books in January. Couldnt buy any today because the book section at the flea market was closed and the thrift store was closed! No such luck today but maybe tomorrow!

Yesterday was a massive cleaning day and my back is not thanking me for it today. I can't wait to finish work so that I can get into World After! I'm so happy, my partner Jamie has decided to give reading a go. He picked out The Book Thief and he seems to be enjoying it because he's asked me a few times if I would 'like to get into bed later and read'!! LOL! He said he thinks he's starting to understand why I like it so much. Fingers crossed he persists with it - everyone should read!

5:32PM Our internet was down all day until about 3:00 PM ACK! It made me realize that I would be lost without the internet. LOL So I have been reading all day. I have been reading Predator One, needed some Joe in my life! This is an amazing series, and for those of you who like the Joe Ledger series know what I mean.
