7:05AM Again I am dragging butt this morning. Thinking I may have to take a little nap. Wont be long and school will be out for the summer. I cant believe how fast this school year went.

No, they've been accumulating since February, although I think I had caught up into early April last time I did some catching up on them...
8:18 a.m. EDT Had a few hours sleep, then woke up and while I was sleepy, I couldn't actually fall back asleep. Very annoying. I think I could sleep now, but hubby has gone to sleep and I need to wake him in less than 2 hours, so not much point! I also need to contact my palliative care nurse. Maybe I'll e-mail her; I left her a voice mail on Monday and hadn't heard back... Once hubby is off to work, I'll be going back to sleep I think.

it really upsets me how unkind people can be on here for no reason, it's uncalled for. I guess that's life though.
1:22PM Finally got around to the review book I was sent, Silenced, it is pretty good and I think I will finish it today. Planning on spaghetti for dinner and then a walk. Another beautiful day in Texas!

Going through my record collection and listing duplicate records on eBay. Yes, records. Haha.
8:29 p.m. Just focusing on catching up on some reading right now. Been really busy with other stuff the last three days.

HAHA. :) I like your dinner, it sounds good. lol I had an ice coffee for supper.

11:45PM Just finished Silenced by Dani Pettrey, and it was pretty decent. There were a couple of parts that seemed a bit off, but other than that enjoyable. Ready to start Witch & Wizard - The Fire. I feel like I am starting to catch up with my reading now. I still have a review book to read though, but I will get to it soon. Good Night GR!
5:20 p.m. and I just got home about 30 minutes ago. Babysitting a nine month old is really putting the hurt on my reading progress. But, I love her and would do anything for children, animals, or older citizens. I can deal with it and catch up on the weekend. It is hot here today, but I would much rather it be hot than freezing. Hope everyone had a fantastic day. Cooking dinner now.

Amber, I hope you feel better soon!
6:06 p.m. EDT GAH! What a day! First I had to go into my oncology clinic as a work-in because I've had pain in my forearm and a hardened blood vessel under my port, so they needed to see if it was an infection or clot or what. Then they sent me over to the hospital as a work-in for an ultrasound to test for DVT (Deep Vein Thrombosis - basically a blood clot). After the test was finished, we had to wait until the tech talked to my doctor, who had her send us upstairs so they could give me a shot of Lovenox. Which they couldn't give me until they ran some blood tests, so again, sitting. By the time I'd had that nasty shot in the stomach and headed home, it was 12:30. We started at the clinic at 7:30... Now I've been waiting ALL DAY to hear from the clinic about whether they called in a prescription. And now they're closed. I even called TWICE to ask about it, but no one has called back, and they ASSURED me they would call and let me know. So now I'll have to call the pharmacy and see if they called it in there. I've been trying to go through e-mail but my AVG found a bunch of malware on my computer and it took forever to fix that, and it doesn't let me do anything else while it's processing the fixes, so I spent well over an hour just sitting here sighing at my computer in exasperation... O.o On the plus side, I managed quite a bit of reading, other than when my husband would become bored and jabber at me for ages about stuff I was not interested in.
Good lord, I sound like a right curmudgeon don't I? That will never do... let's have some SILLINESS!!
MINISTRY OF SILLY WALKS

That's better! :-)

LOL - And what did you do with him?
You're not right! Guess what? I'm not either :D

bwahahhaa..... if loving Joe Ledger is wrong, i don't wanna be right! He is a cocky bastard and i love him.
Ready to read all of these books stacked next to my bed.. i am so pitiful...
7:06 p.m. I am a pitifully, weak reader... show me a book, and i add it to my TBR... ugh. :/

oh heck, you want a list!!!?!
uhm, like 20+.... including some Hiaason, Patterson, Lee Child, Sue Grafton, Jim Butcher, John Lindqvist, Hugh Howey and others... its shameful. :O

Love Lee Child!!"
i know, i know... i can't help it. so many great books out there.
This will be my first Lee Child, so good to hear you like him. One of my reading buddies in Book addicts recommended him to me. He is a mystery-buff, and i respect his reviews :)
