Been wanting to read her.

HAHA Susan dontcha..."
Many moons ago I had a little Pomeranian. After I left my first ex-husband, he came to live on the ranch with my folks. My dad said he was his lion dog screwed down for rats because he was so fierce. Such a wonderful little dog. *sigh* He saved my mom from a rattlesnake, but he was too old to survive it himself.

11.48 AM I am feeling much brighter today thank goodness! I got a good way into Divergent last night and I so want to go home and get stuck into it again, but I am picking up 5 pounds of pork neck bones this afternoon and I need to use it to make stock tonight so that will take a few hours but hopefully once it's all prepared I can just read and keep an eye on it. I'm surprised how much I'm enjoying Divergent, I haven't read a book that's sucked me in this much in a long time!

@ Victor - food poisoning is horrible! I hope you get better really quickly!
@ Lauren - good luck with your exam, hope it goes really well :)
@ Darcy - hope you get over your cold quickly, get lots of rest and feel better soon {{{HUGS}}}

8:27PM Totally enjoying my read of Divergent! Enjoyed some coffee already, did a short work out, and now I am ready to read more Divergent. Only about 70 pages to go.

Having just acquired a Kindle Fire, reading my first ever e book In the Tall Grass, took me about 20 minutes to get used to it! But I think now my world is complete!

Shell, The Shadow of the Wind is a truly amazing book. I wasn't sure at first but when you get a little way into it , then it takes of and is great.
I hope you got your babies settled Darcy, I had my boys with only one year between them and it was often hard to get them chilled out for sleep time. Its 10.50 am here in the UK and I'm getting ready for the dentist. One filling and my teeth cleaned so not so bad:)

Good morning bookworm buddies. Sorry I haven't been around much but I got sick over the weekend in fact it is still hanging around a bit it my chest. I start back to school today so I am pretty excited and happy about that:)

6:41AM Getting ready to send Kayla off to school and I might find my way back into my comfy bed. I love being able to crawl back into that warmth. As long as Aves stays asleep we are good.
Janessa, hope you are feeling better!

Oh, I did get an email from B&N my books I ordered on Saturday are being delayed. :/

You aren't the only one, Chuck. I keep feeling as if my nose is going to fall off. LOL

I have break in between my two class so I am just chilling in the library reading Bleak House by Charles Dickens. My morning class is Anthropology and my afternoon class is drawing I: black and white. This should be a good semester for me

2:52PM Spent the morning and early afternoon with my grand baby, watching Toy story 3 and The Land Before Time. So now we are gonna play Chicken Invaders. Started reading or I should trying to read les miserable, and it is tough, so I picked up a Kristin Hannah book to read, Winter garden. But Aves does not want me reading right now.
Chuck hope the sinuses calm down a bit, Hub has been struggling with it as well. It has been bad.

Thanks Janie! LES MIS will get easier for you, I'm sure. It just an issue of style. You'll get used to it. Going from YA to that style probably takes a small adjustment period. It reads to me like Dostoyevsky, which I had problems with at first but now love.

Go here: http://www.downpour.com/crime-and-pun...
When you check out use 'crimefree' as the code.
What's cool about Downpour is they allow you to download MP3 and M4B files. Last time I went to Audible I could only get AA files.

Yesterday I wanted to scratch my eyes off. What the heck??

It's a long tortured soul. I love Dostoyevsky, shorts because if he was in an off period it won't last so long. Genius is the word but a hit and miss for me. Let me know.... Please:)

The Land Before Time. Lol. My sister and I still use funniee(quotes), from that movie. Sooo cute:)

Have you read THE BROTHERS KARAMAZOV? I loved it!
