9:11PM We actually just got home, but no book shopping for me we did groceries instead. One of these days I will convince the family how much more important the books are. LOL J/K Plan on some coffee and reading now!
Katy we got ours at a place called 5 Below. You can get them at most department stores, but unfortunately they are not usually easy to find all year round.

12:14PM Wow I did not even post here this morning. I guess I have been doing other things and just did not think about it. So anyway, I am completely enthralled with both The Sleeping Doll and The Twelve. But hub got me the OutLast game and I just got that set up on my laptop, but now too scared to play it. LOL So we are thinking maybe the 3 of us, hub, me, and son will play it together tomorrow. heh I am such a wuss. So now going to get back to The Twelve.

@Ella. First instincts are always right. Keep your eye on him
6:19PM Had dinner, took a nice walk after that. Had a shower, now back to reading. Having a nice quite day, yet not much reading going on.

hope everyone is enjoying their weekend.
have to flip a coin to decide which book to start first- The Husband's Secret or Sharp Objects.

8:51PM I went ahead and threw in a small workout. LOL I did not feel like the walk was enough, I pretty much guilted myself. So I have been enjoying some reading this evening. Wanna hit page 100 in The Twelve by tonight some time.

and I loved seeing some family. We got up and out early because we had to pass through where my grandpa lives to get to the wedding, we had lunch with him first. We had a great time at the wedding, but it was even nicer to see some of my favorite family. Plus, there were free margaritas and beer. Haha! No, we didn't get drunk. Anyways, I ended up driving the entire time, so....no reading for me. My sweet kitties are soooooo happy we are home. In fact, Gizmo baby just sat down on my lap. I stayed up until one last night talking to Janie and reading The Sleeping Doll. This book is so addicting, I was dying to read it on the drive. Oh well....that's what I'm going to do after I catch up on all of my GR notifications.
I MISSED YOU GUYS SO MUCH!!!! :)
Midnight and I just got home from work. Haven't been online as much lately because of the depression and they are working the crap out of me at work. I hope my medicine starts working a little better soon. The doc said it could take three or four weeks to get the full effect. It's been three now. I plan on reading for a bit and going to bed. Don't have to get up early tomorrow, so I'm just gonna chill with my book for a bit. Hope everyone is doing well.

12:30 a.m. EDT I tried to pop in this morning but the site went down. I managed to sleep fairly well this morning, and even took a nap this evening, so I'm feeling pretty alert for a change... :-)
10:53PM (already turned the time back) So I Skyped with my sissa for a little bit tonight! That was really nice. Gonna read a little bit now.
Welcome home Kathryn! Glad you had a nice time!
Thanks so much Chuck! Aeverie got a ton of compliments!

8:40am having coffee and thinking about some breakfast...monkey bread!

*waves* IHOP sounds awesome, Kathryn!

9:45AM I need to read a bit today before the game. Amy and Cort are coming tonight to bring Aeverie and Amy will be visiting for a bit. So I know I need to read before that! I know Ave's is not gonna let me read much in the next few days. I wanted to get to 100 last night in The Twelve but I was skyping with my sissa and then FB video chat with Amy. LOL

if that is being a nerd, then i am definitely okay with that! :)

that is pretty darned cool, janie :)

Hope everyone is having a greay Sunday!!

Jordan, sorry you're feeling down. Hope it passes soon.
11:11 a.m. EST Managed fairly decent sleep again. Time to try to wake hubby and see if he'll take me to lunch... :-) This book I'm reading is twisted.
11:03AM Been discussing books with Hub. he just finished Harlen Coben's Mickey Bolitar YA series. He loved it! I knew he would. Now we both have to wait for Book 3 but how long? UGH! So now we are talking about starting the Myron Bolitar series. I love that he loves books! Makes me so happy!

Katy, Mark gets the newspaper and it is relaxing for us. We didn't get to read today, though. The one we go to is soooooo busy, so we just try to eat and leave. In the evening it is less noisy, so it's easier to read and relax.
10:58 am
Has the time change screwed up anyone else because it certainly has me! I feel like I don't have enough time to get everything I want to done today, but in reality I do.

4:39PM Just had dinner, chicken & Pasta. I think we may go outside and toss the football. Waiting on Amy & Cort to get here. Been having a great day starting with the Boys winning! YAY!

Ella- glad to hear you're enjoying the husband's secret-looking forward to reading it after i'm finished with sharp objects.
Jordan-hope you feel better soon!

12.27 pm Three of my oldest and dearest friends are on their way to my work - it's a beautiful sunny day so we're going to have lunch in the garden :)

Hope everyone had a good weekend.
8:30PM Played some football and twisted my foot, so not it is hurting. It is not excruciating and I can walk on it fine without too much discomfort. Aeverie is here now but Kay is entertaining him at the moment. Was just playing Outlast, actually I gave the controls to my son. We all nearly jumped out of our seats and quit after that. LOL
