3.27pm Just been to the dentist and have to have my top two wisdom teeth taken out next Thursday :/ He thinks it might be why I've been getting earaches so hopefully I wont get sore ears anymore. I'm a bit scared though!

Michelle you will be fine. I had all of my wisdom teeth out at once and the bottom ones were impacted. They had to take out part of my jaw to get it. The first day after was a little rough but I'm sure you will do great. Good luck and I'll make sure to think happy thoughts for you next Thursday.

Also Pumpkin beer is amazing. If I could ship you some I would just so you could try it. Missouri doesn't let you ship alcohol here in the states. If you ever come across some I'd suggest trying it.

Thanks Chris, mine are badly impacted too but hopefully I'll be able to handle it as well as you! Did they knock you out or did you just have injections? I'm only having injections darn it! I was hoping they'd give me some happy gas LOL!

11:29am EDT. Drinking yummy cinnamon coffee and catching up on GR. Emotionally struggling today. My older son who lives with us is back in the psych ward. His problems never seem to end. It's quite stressful. Hoping I can find escape today in some good reading. Puppy cuddled up next to me--worn out after his morning romp. Planning pork chops, roasted broccoli, and baked apples for dinner. I love to cook and it also helps distract me. Just trying not to get sucked down into the abyss again.

Michelle, good luck with your wisdom teeth! I had mine out when I was in high school--you can tolerate just about anything at that age. (I was knocked out.)

I had a dentist try to convince me to have my wisdom teeth out when I was 19 because one of them kept rubbing a sore into my gums, but I ended up ignoring it and they all fit. Of course, I'll probably have to have one out anyway 'cause it broke.

Chris I enjoy the movie too, and apparently so does Aeverie. He watches it at least 3 times while he is here.

I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed too back in the late 90s. They hadn't even grown in though, but they were there and it was causing me much discomfort. They put me to sleep with anesthesia. The surgery was nothing, but I remember the recovery being quite unpleasant and not being able to eat normally for a bit. But it wasn't really that bad at all compated to some things I had heard and how I had built it up in my mind. As a matter of fact, I think a root canal was probably worse as far as the pain goes.

Just read about 80 pages. I would be happy if I could get in 200 more today. I just cannot seem to get on a good streak here lately.

8:55 PM. I had a nice workout earlier, and as I was getting in the shower, Mark called to tell me he'd been invited out for a beer with some co-workers. I had to go grocery shopping anyways, so it kind of worked out. After I got a shower, I went grocery shopping and put up the groceries. Then, I made sweet and sour chicken. It was yummy. The dishes are done and now, since Mark is watching a movie, I'm going to try to read.

9 a.m. EDT Had hubby rub my back and put some Sore No More on, so I was finally able to sleep for a few hours. I think maybe 5 hours? Anyway, it was nice. I'm awake and hurting again now, though. I really don't want to go back into pain management but I might not have any choice in the matter if this keeps up. Anyway, hubby has to work a long day today, so I'll have to wake him soon and send him off to work.

Janie, when I was 23 one of my second cousins spent a few weeks with us over the summer out at the ranch. He became obsessed with UHF and watched it at least once a day. Drove my parents nuts, 'cause they'd never liked us kids spending too much time inside watching the tube.

Enjoy it Michelle. I miss buying books. I have been lucky with getting things form the library I really want but other than Dr Sleep and October List I haven't bought any books. Those were even bought with gift cards I got for Christmas. I pre ordered those so haven't bought a book since January.

8:30PM Half hour left of my shift. Listening to the most frustrating World Series game ever. Been dead for hours so I have read a big chunk of Doctor sleep so far. Gonna keep reading till the day is done here at work.

2:22 a.m. EDT Becoming increasingly frustrated by my inability to sleep for very long. My cousin, who teaches 6th grade in the same school as her sister, put up a picture of the two of them dressed as Duck Dynasty. Her sister had a fake beard that looked a little like a mop. It was hilarious.

5:53am EDT. Up early and really enjoying my coffee. Talked to my son last night, so thankful he is in a safe place. Trying to maintain some hope about his situation. Going to be cold and cloudy today--a good day to stay in and read. Michelle, I'm jealous about your book purchases! I'm like Chris--I use the library almost exclusively. Someday I'll be a book collector again! My hip/leg is really painful the last 2 days. It may be due to the weather. Thank God for pain meds! Hope everyone has a great day! 9:41AM busy morning at work getting a lot of stuff done. Hoping to finish up soon so I can read a bit more. Really getting into Doctor Sleep and I hated to have to put it down last night. Won't get to read at my new job so enjoying what I can now.

Thanks Terri, I was so frustrated at that game I turned it off and didn't watch after the 5th inning. Hopefully we can win tonight and bring win it at home. No Hockey till Friday so Baseball is all I have right now sports wise. I really hope your legs feel better. I can't imagine dealing with that every day. I wimp out when my knees act up. Great to see you post though. Also glad to hear your son is getting what he needs where he is. That has to be a load off your mind too.

10:05 AM. Man....last night I slept so well, so deep, it was refreshing. I usually sleep so lightly, any noise wakes me up. Drinking some coffee with....ick....sugar-free pumpkin spice creamer. I really wanted pumpkin spice creamer, and all they had was sugar free. I must have wanted it quite badly...lol. Anyways, I am going to read and focus all of my attention on Doctor Sleep, until about three, or unless I finish it.

I love pumpkin spice anything and the creamer is great. Sugar free must be horrible though. That takes almost all the fun out of it. You might as well add some baileys or something to that coffee and at least get something out of it. Thanks for the warning though, if I ever have to choose between no creamer and sugar free I will go with no creamer.

Woke up at 7:30 when babe got home from work, but he talked me into laying back down with him, then I ended up waking up late. Le sigh. Shoulda just stayed up. Oh well.
