I love this site for my character naming-needs. You can filter by boys, girls, or unisex, origin, meaning, letter inclusion. It's pretty intensive.

I used a site called 20000names or something similar. It gives definitions and also names from different cultures which is pretty cool.

Behindthename.com is the best site, I think. It has tons of names that can be filtered for origin, meaning, length, the letter it starts with, what language it comes from. Has lists of the names of famous persons listed by what they were famous for. One of the coolest things about it is the random name generator! Anyone seeking the perfect name should go here.
