i've been 2 different parks cleaning up trash & everything!

Me too. I clean up around public schools, too. Like, my school, a few elementary schools, local parks...
I recycle, pick up trash, don't waste electricity or water, and, uh, recycle? lol =D

I am the secretary of my school's Environmental Club, and we really do quite a lot!We promote being green to the school.
We're working out the kinks in our new recycling system.
We are in the process of working on a masterpiece of a function where 100% of the proceeds will go to the WWF fund for rebuilding homes that got torn down in Katrina and other hurricanes!
We also want to do river cleanups!
It's really exciting to work as a group together and for me to do my part :)
yep thats awesome i have a eco club @ my skewl too we dont really do that much, we just recycle and were kinda like custodians getting all the recyle boxes from everyone classroom
omg u iz so environmentally-awesome, jesi!lol yesterday i wuz doing my laundry and u know how they have those lil sheets that r like laundry softeners? well, i used 2 of them & i asked my mom if they were reuseable, and she sed u cud probably use them twice, so i gave them 2 her & she said to just throw them away! i kept arguing w/ her until she used them again! it wuz so funny!

but really, we keep reusing them and there just a good as what everyone else uses.

What have I done so far to help the world?I've had a Greenpeace membership for the last 30 years. I'm chasing 60 now. I have become in the last year a Greenpeace activist. I was part of a street campaign against aviation expansion just last Saturday. I've just applied to work on this years Glastonbury festival.
I agree with Jesi...join a group. Get active. The corporate agenda will not change. A goodread is Al Gore's 'Earth in the balance'. Written almost two decades ago, and little has changed.
Love & peace to the planet. It's the only one we've got. Number 1 priority, for our kids & theirs. Today.Now!

i guess, i don't remember what craft store we went to, but it was with the yarn and stuff.....
wool balls, we use them instead of dryer sheets.
I don't own a car and take public transportation everywhere. I encourage my friends to carpool. I always have my reusable Baggu bag on me where ever I go because I hate getting plastic bags. I've become more strict as to what products, especially skin and hair care products I buy. I make sure they are never tested on animals and are vegan. I even buy recycled shoes, clothes, etc. whenever I can. Peace, love, and harmony to all!
I generally walk or take my bike to go places. Even into the City (NYC) sometimes. I recycle plastic bags with my town and I use recycled make-up, etc.
