Its fine as it is if they are the same author which I think they are as does google translate, although since the books look to be only in Arabic there is no need for the Roman name in theory but you can leave as is.
Actually, it looks like his work has been translated into English.http://www.goodreads.com/work/edition...
For this case the following would apply:
1. English name first on all editions
2. Author Name in Arabic second
3. Editions specific transliterations of author name third, e.g. if there was say a Russian edition, the Cyrillic author name would be third.
How about authors page, we'll end up with same author with multiple pages for each of the translated names.



I am assuming that خالد الخميسي and Khaled Al Khamissi are the same name but I am so not sure.
What is the policy in this situation?
