Plural? I think Leah is a little young to be left alone at the pool.

Stressing about whether I will get snowed in tomorrow.

message 4808: by [deleted user] (new)

Stressing about it really isn't going to help you know. I'll cross my fingers for you, that should make the difference.

Cyborg, you're right. Thanks!

message 4810: by RandomAnthony (new)

RandomAnthony | 14536 comments I have done almost nothing productive today. No, no, I worked out at 5AM. But besides that. My son and I went to three different stores looking for that lime Miller beer my wife likes and to kill time. I channel surfed. I watched some Castle. It's 2:25AM. I swear I don't know where the hours went. I'm wearing my pajamas.

My sister likes that lime beer too. I think it is odd.

message 4812: by RandomAnthony (new)

RandomAnthony | 14536 comments I was surprised we could find it in winter, but we found a case on the top shelf in the cooler of a local pharmacy. It's probably been there since June.

message 4813: by Cynthia (new)

Cynthia Paschen | 7333 comments Actually it is more like 2:25 PM. Happy Christmas, RA! Got some snow??

message 4814: by RandomAnthony (new)

RandomAnthony | 14536 comments Oops, Cynthia is correct. 2:32PM, now.

We have old dirty snow but we're due for some new snow tonight, Cynthia...you too?

message 4815: by Brittomart (new)

Brittomart Right now I'm eating for the first time today. After running around town with my dad....not my favourite thing to do.

It's been snowing for about 12 hours straight--think we are supposed to get 8 inches total.

Your Pharmacy's sell alcohol?

message 4818: by Cosmic Sher (new)

Cosmic Sher (sherart) | 2234 comments I'm off to buy stocking stuffers. And that is the only reason to get out of jammies today. Tomorrow, there's no excuse at all. :)

Sarah | 13814 comments Gail "cyborg" wrote: "Your Pharmacy's sell alcohol?"

It depends on the state. In lots of states grocery stores and convenience stores and I suppose pharmacies can carry beer. Here in Maryland, only liquor stores and "packaged goods" stores carry it. In Canada, only government-sanctioned LCBO and Beer Stores carry it.

Sarah | 13814 comments Right now I'm trying not to throw up after eating a "cookie" that turned out to be two Ritz crackers sandwiched with peanut butter and enrobed in chocolate.

message 4825: by Jonathan (new)

Jonathan Lopez | 4726 comments Yeah, I have to admit that doesn't sound half bad to me either.

message 4826: by Sarah (new)

Sarah | 13814 comments It wasn't a bad combination, just MUCH. Much too much. It kind of tasted like the chocolate covered peanut butter filled pretzels in Chubby Hubby ice cream, but it was much larger, with a lot of peanut butter and a really thick chocolate coating.

Larry and Phil are becoming a two headed monster of Cheese. Do you two call each other up to arrange times to mess with me in tandem?

message 4833: by Félix (new)

Brittomart Right now I'm looking for homemade pizza recipes. I'm sad, so I'm making pizza and salad for my parents tonight.

message 4842: by Jammies (new)

Jammies I'm regretting my afternoon nap, trying to wake up and applauding Britt's method of dealing with sadness.

Jackie "the Librarian" | 8991 comments I'm working on patron requests. Someone wants the ebook version of A Ghost Tale for Christmas Time to read on their new Nook that they just got for Christmas, and they shall have it!

It's so cute that this patron explained the situation. :)
