right now i am totally gassed out. exhausted. i am the executive director of a youth organization called The Awakening and we had our annual 4 day conference event where i had 150 kids stay from thur-sun. we got finished yesterday evening and after we got everything loaded up, cleaned up and unloaded and stored again it was 10:30pm. i got an avg of about 3-3.5 hours of sleep each night with huge full days. totally worth the investment in these kids lives though. whew..............
tonight i am clocking out totally after work. stopping by the library to get a new book first then home to chair to couch to bed. the weekend is great with lots of music, food and then boys and girls separate conference centers where their peers speak to them about self esteem, friendship, loyalty, faith/hope among other things.
Guess what!!! I have a laptop again. :DMy new battery and AC adapter came in the mail today. NOW I can play on TC for exorbitant amounts of time again (when I have free time).
So catch me up on what I've missed over the past couple of weeks, please.
OH! And I have a new part time job working at a kitchen store. I started working there last week (in addition to my full-time job). I like it a lot. We have a store cat named Oliver. And we'll be having a Bloody Mary contest on Thursday. Apparently we have events fairly often - classes, contests, and stuff...

yeah, i am goofy. i was waiting for the camera timer to flash and i heard a motorcycle outside and when i turned FLASH! oh well, the idea was to show sally my shirt because she dislikes that saying so much. i do want to go on record that i love a job where i can wear tee shirts like this every day
right now i just got back from a day trip to ohio. ohio looks a lot like indiana but with more state cops
Oh yes! Haven't we talked about the evil Ohio state cops before? Evil, esp. on the turnpike.

nope. i look guilty as hell. for something anywayin a 12 month stretch two years ago i got two speeding tix in OH and one "unsafe lane change" citation in NJ. all expensive and then i had to take the driving course to keep my license
