DAAHHHH!!!!! :D!!!!!!
♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥
A smile, an underbite, and a water beard!
And I love his white ruff!!!
My sister was once on cute overload. She took a picture of a snail she found on a raspberry from our garden.
The snail was 1/10 the size of a raspberry piece.

THIS
has to be it. I ran a search on there for "snail" and "raspberry," and it's what came up. I actually remember seeing that one when it posted originally.
SOOOO friggin adorable!
Very cute! So tiny! I eat a lot of raspberries straight off the bushes. I wonder if I've accidentally eaten a cute little mini snail?
heidi - a cute underload. that is where you are NOT deluged with cuteness. hang around with me and my softball guys for a bit and you will be saying that LOL

Not really. First, you have to upload your pic onto the internet, into somewhere like Flicker, or Photobucket.
Then, you can post it here using some html code, and the http address of your pic (which you can get by right-clicking on it, and then going to its properties.)
If you look at the top of the comment box, you'll see this: (some html is okay). That's where you'll find the html code that you can use in GoodReads.
Flickr makes it easy to post pics - you just go to the "Size" page on the pic, then choose the largest size and directly below the pic, flickr provides the code for you. All you need to do is copy and paste.
I use photobucket.
Or I just link to a picture already on the internet somewhere by putting the image location within the quotation marks inside this: [image error]

Right now, I've just returned from a job interview! I think I did all right, but. One never knows. I may have said "thing" a couple times, unnecessarily and I ran in super close to the meeting time a bit flushed because the buses were being unreliable. Except now I am all kinds of excited about the job I may or may not have gotten, and though I've tried not to get my hopes up, I will probably be sad if it doesn't work out.
Soooo exciting! I'm sure you aced it. :)What would you be doing, Nools? Is it a summer job or something more permanent?
I'll never forget when my coworker had to interview candidates for our data manager, and one of the candidates came in with baby spit up all over her suit. I didn't notice it, but he did and he said it distracted him. That left a heavy impression with me - he said he wouldn't have hired her because she was unkempt (and seemed easily distracted in the interview) - data managers NEED to be extremely organized, and she didn't give off that vibe to him. I would've been alot more forgiving about the unkempt appearance (there was more than just the baby spit up, but I won't go into it).
I like them both, Sally. But if I had to pick a color, I'd go with the one on the left. I had to click on the pic to look at the other pics in the album to get a better perspective (I apologize for being nosy!). You can see the difference in the paints in this one very clearly:

Nice. I like the water mustachios. :) Totally prosh.

Heidi: not nosy! Public site! :) I'm glad for the insight. You are now my dream interpreter and decision maker.

Oh, but the WHOLE video was cute! I loved it. I remember that ad campaign. Great stuff.
Sally wrote: "Heidi: not nosy! Public site! :) I'm glad for the insight. You are now my dream interpreter and decision maker."I should get paid for this.
BTW, I like the one on the left better because it has some dark greenish hues in it, and I think that would offset the red door nicely... and the garden. :) I may be in the minority on that thought, though. Wait for the other responses. :) Either way, it would seem a win-win situation - they're both lovely greys.
And, I think you really meant that THIS was the cutest video you'd ever seen, RA:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yu_moi...
Heh...it's almost...too...easy...Oh, Jackie...your link...that does nothing to me but make me dance in my chair...with enough alcohol in us you and I could kill that in karaoke...
Definitely! Um, just as long as I don't have to spin like those girls do. I might spin right off the stage...:::starts practicing her cool dance moves:::
Just came home. I spent the afternoon playing baseball with a bunch of old friends. East Varsity, represent.Had dinner with a few friends from college. 'Twas fun, I suppose.
I'm sure you'll be fine with that interview, N.
Playing outside.... Haven't done that in so long. Sounds wonderful, Matt. Thanks for the encouragement, everyone. I'm sure I'll be okay, either way. : )
I got to go on a walk on campus this evening! One of the girls I'm living with is also partial to nighttime wandering. What a treat!AND NOW I AM EATING A FREE POPSICLE. :D!
thanks jackie - you just ruined my 15 minutes of fame for coining a phrase. andy warhol was NOT right
Good Morning 'Reading Coffee Friends' Got my cup and gonna go outside and read for a spell. What do you do first in the morning after getting your cup?
i drink my first cup at work as i come in earlier than i have to. i then peruse ESPN, local news, some emails and GR of course
Hahahahahahahahaha....TxLady, on most mornings I wake up and think...there is no way I'm working out today...and then, after coffee...I realize I can work out...so I do.
I've actually left the computer off early in the morning just to clear my head before opening the stimuli floodgates.
Right now I'm on the couch, listening to Stars of the Lid...in a few minutes I'll move to the dining room table and kick ass on some program revision so I can slack this afternoon. I was only driving to the office to work on paperwork so I'm staying home instead and devoting the commute time to finishing some projects.
Right now I'm drinking my first cup of coffee.
We're in uber-poor mode, what with getting the house painted and me returning to the nursery every third day for more plants, so I'm drinking

with powdered milk and brown sugar to make it palatable. I always spend my first cup of the day here with you people.
Then I'll need to get offline and write for a few hours before I'll bike over to campus to meet with my advisor and talk about all I've written and read in the past week.

My first cup is usually shared with the first person to my office with a question in the morning.
Do they have to bring you coffee if they want an answer? That seems like a fair deal to me.I could use some coffee, but I have not had any.
No, I always go out in the plant to get my coffee and say good morning to everyone.
