Same here, it wasn't my favorite but I did like it. If you want to buddy read The Final Winter and Holes in the Ground when you are done with origin I will join those with you.

Great, Vicki. How about I start a thread and we make the start date 1/9. :)

September group read poll had really good results, the winner had seven votes but there was a lot of great suggestions and the second place book had five votes. Since there are a few I would be willing to buddy read I figured I would list them here and see if anyone is interested.
In the Dark of the Night
Ghost Story
Addicted to the Dead
Witch Water

In the dark of the night first then? It had five votes so maybe we could get a couple more to join us. Let me know which one and when.
I'm going to be starting Fangtooth soon because it was lent to me and about to expire if anyone wants to join me for a buddy read.

I was thinking maybe Story of a Girl or How to Save a Life I will look yours up in a little bit and see if they sound good.
Reading back through this thread,a few others we talked about but never got to are Flawed Drowning Instinct and The Kingdom of Childhood if you want to go back to one of those. Also, duff looks alright but I can't find where rainbows end and I didn't really want to read another gale foreman because I didn't care for the last one.
Would anyone like to buddy read The Panama Laugh
with me? It would qualify for Bram Stoker challenge, and the subgenre challenge for 'zombies'. And whatever other challenge (a-z title challenge?) and buddy read challenges.

Oh no, you're right! I got the ebook a couple years ago, but there must be some problem with the publisher.
