Dimitri and Rose.
i think i might be someone who kinda knows about rose and dimitri cuz it said when the strigoi bit dimitri='(
that he looked up at rose
but another sad part is that dimitri and rose said they couldnt be together for a couple different reasons but one of
the reasons was that he
would try to protect her when he wasnt suppose to and i think thats what he was doing in the caves
he was probably looking
out for rose instead of his self
then the strigoi attacked him
(but we know dimitri has better reflexes then that but idk it ws just something that popped in my head)
true so he had to know what was going to happen becuase in S.K. it doesnt say that he fought back so he was worried about Rose all along. So he rather him be in pain and die (or in this case turn Strigoi) than let that happen to Rose. I now feel like crying myself to sleep. :(:(

Here's an idea, I'm not sure if someone else has come up with it. When Rose thought about the fortune after Dimitri died, she realized that she was wrong to think he would lose her, that he treasured his soul, and that that was what he had lost. But then when thinking about him after he "died", she says something along the lines that a piece of her was missing, that it was like a piece of her heart and soul went missing when he died. Mead makes the point to show how special their love is, that its as if they are two halves of a whole. So what if Dimitri lost his soul, but kept a part of Rose's, so he still has some humanity left in him? That would open up a whole new world of controversies to fuel the next few books. He'd be super strong, but not exactly evil so he could continue to fight Strigoi and he'd have to fight the whole "dark side thing" and then instead of having to kill Dimitri, Rose would stay with him and sorta be on the run with him.
dimitri's in this one tho right? i dnt think it will be based off him-no. but he's in it. I think we'll learn more about being shadow kissed and all that comes with it. also, maybe how rose's relationship with this sydney girl grows..how do you guys think lissa will be "rebellous"?? hmmmmm

and i could have sworn rose said that blonde stirgoi was a moroi.. he wasn't built like a dhampir.. so it between the sparidon and wade thing.. im leaning towards wade.. but its really confusing. idk lol
Haha okay jasmine that is one hell of a theory!!!!! Haha LOL but yeah I always thought the whole soul thing had some thing to do with It. Like there is so many possibilities if we start counting the souls. Haha LOL I feel like I am talking about the Host LOL

lol Rose. I'm pretty sure we should all go off and write our own books. I mean, we have what, like 20 possible ways this story could go? We're a pretty creative bunch...Seriously though, Dimitri is going to be in it-he has to be. But the question is, as what? Mead won't spend the next 3 books with Rose hunting him, we'd all go crazy. Rose can't kill him, cuz then Mead would lose half her fan base to suicide (considering the comments I've read :p). The only choice left to do is to bring him back. But it can't be too complicated or complex because Rose "defeats the undead", which i think is on a massive scale, and if it takes too much energy from Lissa, or whoever else will do it, then it can't be on a massive scale. Plus, obviously, it has to come from Rose because the reading was hers. So I say one of two things: my original theory with Dimitri having part of Rose's soul, so he has some remnant of humanity in him, and being with Rose helps him, or Rose goes into the world of the dead, brings back his soul, but he doesn't change back into a dhampir...either way he becomes something new, as in he's powerful like a Strigoi but he has a soul.

I think Lissa will maybe be depressed without Rose, feeling guilty cuz she's not completely bad, just a little selfish but I can't really see her as rebellious lol

Yeah. I hated how Rose took all lissas darkness. That sucked but I mean it made sense

yeah it does and yeah i agree with you Jasmine. We all know that mead cant kill him. It would be crucial for her health. haha lol. But my friends and i had come up with a couple of ideas, well more like alternatives. My favorit was the one when all of the guardians are on their way back to the cave. Want to hear it? oh and lol just hit the reply thing because I am going to be buisy so I am not going to be able to check! Haha lol okay :D
Yeah if Mead kills Dimitri, she is possibly killing Rose cuz when she had her breakdown, he was the only one that could calm her down and make the darkness go away. I'm hoping Rose will go to Victor after because he probably knows how to cure Lissa's 'darkness' without hurting Rose.
I just think that she is too selfish. And she expects too much from Rose. She belives that Rose should do every thing for her. And when Rose asks her to heal Dimitri or make him Shadow Kissed (I cant remember which) Lissa tells Rose no. And she finally see's that Rose loves Dimitri but she still asks Rose to stay with her. And Rose finally tells her that she has done so much for her but she wont help her this one time and that. . . . Okay I just lost my train of thought. . . oh yeah okay I remember. When they are both in the church between their bond Rose can tell that Lissa has finally figured out that Rose loved Dimitri. And she STILL tells her no!!!!!! ugh that right there just pushes my damn buttons.:( Poor Rose. . .

HOLY crud! I missed like 5 pages worth of discussions! But I read most of the things everyone has been talking about and something hit me... WHAT IF Mead tells us that Dimitri is dead or that Rose or SOMEONE kills him (please no) and then she DOES fall in love with ADRIAN?! And did you all realize when Rose gets crazy because she takes away Lissa's darkness that Dimitri is the ONLY one who can calm her down? That was one BIG reason why I knew that Dimitri has to come back and he has to be good. Because what if Adrian can't tame Rose?

but with Q-Tip (hehe lol i picture her looking like one even though Mori are supposed to be pretty) I think that Adrian will do something about that. and so will Lissa so yeah at least we have a back up plan :) even though we all prefer option 1

That sounds right Adrian would most likely do something. The Queen is so two faced, makes me wonder who the hell made her Queen in the first place! I prefer Dimitri for Rose also (:

I THOUGHT OF IT FIRST!" haha lol or something like that. and it would be to hard to guess which theory is right. especially if its the wrong one. like if i guessed that Q-tip put Rose in jail for killing Dimitri and for Lissa leaving school to help her there fore endagering the last Dragomire! THAT would be just plain horrible. . . . . . . . .
