For whoever is saying that mason is a lier, you are WRONG!!!!!!!!! MASON IS NOT LIEING!!!!!!!!!!!

I think that dimitri is not going to die becasue then there wouldnt be much of a story. I think that dimitri could be a prisonar but im guessing that he is one of strigoi but that rose wont kill him i think that he will end up becoming a dhampir somehow. But thats just what i think. I cant wait to see what really happens. 
ok so people are saying that when you turn strigoi you forget everythin and who you are and crap but if that where true christians parents wouldnt have gone for him, natalie would have killed her father, blond boy remembers his past and that he saw rose and vasilissa, and last but not least those strigoi that killed mason were pretty reserved the girl was a new strigoi too; and why wouldnt dimitri return home if the entire time he's been home sick plus vampires normally originated from russia and siberia happens to have long cloudy winters which cover the sun and real short summers plus in siberia they believe in morgan-kara, who could bring the dead back to life

The longer they are a Strigoi the more they forget their humanity and more they become like savages. Look back at the other books the old one's had no idea, but the younger ones do. I don't know if anybody reads the Anita Blake series, by Laurell K Hamilton, but in that series Anita can tell a new vamp from an old one just by looking at them, because the new ones still look like they somewhat alive still. I think it is kind of the same principle here. Plus I think if Dimitri did run off to Siberia, I think it would take up a lot more pages for Rose to find him and explain how she found him than there are in the next book. I mean it is not like Dimitri ever gave Rose an address where is family lives, I am sure Siberia is a big place and she would have to look at several different camps of dhampir's before finding them. I think that would make the book long and boring and take forever to get to the main plot of the book and that does not seem like Mead's writing style.
I just have a thought that I would like the people who keep saying that Mason lied to Rose to think about. First why would he lie after spending weeks trying to save her live and the life of every body on campus. Second, why would he tell her that he is a Strigoi, know that she would go after him endangering herself after he worked so hard to save her in the first place. I would think that if he was going to lie he would have told her that he was alive and go away so that she would go looking for him by the caves were it is safer than were she is on her way to now. I mean he couldn't tell her that he was dead after all she would be able to since that.
ok whoever came up with the thought of mason lieing or lying [however you spell it:] was really thinking outside the box and when i say outside the box i mean outside because the book doesnt revolve around mason it mainly revolves around rose and dimitri hmm i sound mad jejejeje thats funny anywayz wat i meant was why would mead make mason lie that would just involve him into the other books even more than those who are still alive like ADRIAN for example and dimitri plus rose always seems to catch some dudes attention in every book, leaving mason in books 1-3 just gives mead another oppurtunity to entice us with new characters [FYI: i have no clue what entice means i just thought it sounded smart]
Someone should track down Mead and tell her to hurry up!!!!!!
Mason is not lieing thats for sure. But im saying this again, there is no real story without dimitri.
i thought someone said that the book was closer to 500 pages and on meads blog she mentions how many times the books change so i dont think the page count is accurate. how would she know that if so much changes. she said " you wouldnt even recognize the origional manuscript for frostbite because there are so many changes."
i agree that mason wouldnt be lieing. if he was lieing i think he would have said dead that way rose wouldnt try to find him because if he was alive shed be looking for him too.
Hopefully, Blood Promise is better than Shadow Kiss and VA and Frostbite!
OMG i have an idea!!! eeek! tho its unprobable what if adrian gets really good at spirit...like as good as lissa...and follows rose and gives his life to heal dimitr cause he loves rose and wants her to be happy!!

well look at the title of the bookblood promise.
maybe rose will promise something to the strigoi(sp) or sumine to get dimitri back. i just hope that in the end rose and dimitri get back together. that is totally unfair how they couldnt express their love for each other openly and when they finally might have found a way to do it, dimitri gets turned into the undead.
i have no clue what mite happen in the 4th book. there are so many possibilites. i just hope the day it comes out arrives quickly!
Please Let Rose and Dimitri be able t be together. She will die without him. I mean come on it would be total disater if Rose kills him. I would like to know what would happen next is she going to see more ghost and all. MAN PLEASE DONT SAY DIMITRI IS A STIGORI. I WILL GO CRAZY
ok ladies i h8 to say this but "lo que paso paso", what happened happened so we just got to let the past go LOL sounds funny and lets stop blaming poor mason of lying because if he wanted revenge he would have done it in a more bad ass way cuz ghosts cant see the future so he wouldnt have waited for his last day to see some one else do his revenge. oh and the idea of Adrian bleeding for rose (dying)sounds sexy hehe i sound like a total loser but seriously that sounds passionate and romantic and i honestly think that where ever rose is goin her little crew is goin to follow cuz adrian can check up on her dreams and when rose goes to the bank to get money transactions he'll obviously follow her and i was thinkin i doubt it but do you guys think dimitri might go lookin for justice himself cuz honestly if i had guardian blood straight up in my blood id wanna kill the sucka who bit me, plus newbys alwayz got the sense of who they are at first then they forget idk im just throwing random gibberish. OH by th way "The West" is sunny so he wouldn't go there right.Oh has any body read the book "memoirs of an ansomniac" or something. Probably not but anywayz its about this girl who forgets who she is, falls in love with a bad boy, they get seperated, he goes to a rehab and later on she remebers who she is he turns good and when they finally meet again they both don't love each other anymore cuz they dont got any thing in common and she ends up loving her best friend which is a boy, who by the way always loved her but just waited patiently for her to realize they were good together. OK that was a long explanation but i was thinkin what if this happens to rose, dimitri and adrian? what if rose saves dimitri and adrian helps her save dimitri and then dimitri is saved but rose doesn't love dimitri anymore but Adrian instead? That would really suck but at the same time it wouldn't.

i dont think that rose wont love dimitri anyone or dimitri wont love rose anymore. But it can be a possibility.
She's Gotta Find A Way To Get Dimitri Alive. I dont think Mason Would Lie To HEr. Dimitri is probably definitely a strigoi but they will find a way to revive him back to a dhampir

ok maybe all of you are rights but i think that dimitri will come back to being a guardian with the help of rose, lisa, adrian and cristian ofcorse. with rose being conected to the spirit world she could look for dimitris sould and so that lisa do not do all the work adrian wiil work with her and they will both bring back dimitri.after that they both lead the revolution against the strigois and dimitri and rose will be finally together and they will all have to accepte but you know who your not getting into the picture what will happen when janine hathaway finds out about rose living school, ging after dimitri, and making public her romance with dimitri.
when you all think about this it will be a great shock for her but i think that she would actually let rose with dimitri even do she would never have thouth about it in her life time but she will try to go along with it to make up for all the times rose had not have her.

In the first book of VA. They were going to the mall, Dimitri said "you cant hesitate or you could get killed."Rose says "i wont hesitate."
but "what if u knew that person? u would die in those few seconds" he said something like this.
So what if Rose lets Dimitri turn her into a strigoi, so they could be together forever?
I totally doubt that Rose would let Dimitri turn her into a strigoi.

i dont think she will be pregnant. that would ruin the whole story cuz then rose would have to take care of the baby for at least until she can send him or her to the academy so she wouldnt be able to be a guardian for a while

I agree with you Cleahey. I think that they have to get Dimitri and his soul near each other and then Rose or someone else kills Dimitri while he is a strigoi then Liss will have to heal him and make sure his dhamphir soul goes back into Dimitri's body

I think that The Blond Strigoi will definately be a big part in the book. I think that the blond strigoi knew Rose and Lissa from the academy and then he somehow turned strigoi. Shadow Kiss is 1 of my favorite books. Definately.
Can someone please tell me what they think it will happen in the fourth book when rose mom finds out that rose left school, that she is in love with dimitri, that dimitri loves her back, and that they want to be together?
I think that she would be furious and would try to track down Rose. Once Janine finds Rose, then i think that she would try to get some sence into Rose's mind. I also think that once Janine finds out that rose was in love with dimitri that she would ask why rose didn't tell her and then do the exact opposite of what you think she would do which is encourage rose to keep trying to find him.

I think Rose's mom already knows that she likes Dimitri as more than a teacher by the way that she carried on at the cave and about his body not being at the cave. I mean her mother even lied in an attempt to protect her by telling her that he was most likely dead, now if she didn't know why would she do that. I think she just didn't say anything to her about it because she assumes Dimitri is dead and so the relationship is over, so she didn't want to confront her while she is grieving.

yeah her affection for him is pretty obvious when shes around him.
She probaly found out when Rose kept asking to see Dimitri.
I think Janine knows about Dimitri and Rose,but she doesn't think she has to do anything about it because he is gone now. And I don't think Janine will go after Rose when she finds out Rose left school, because that would mean that Janine would have to abandon whoever she is currently gaurding in Europe. She might go after her but I don't think she will.

Wait!!!! what if Adrian finds Rose and sees just how much she really loves him, Adrian getts more powers to change stragoi back to dhampirs, but that takes to much soul so he gives his life to Dimitri because he wants Rose to be happy and he sees she can never love him the way she loves Dimitri. But I don't know about the new character...maybe she replaces Lissa when she dies?
I think that after Janine saw Rose in Frostbite that she got kinda mushy. Cause when Rose saw dimitri die, I think that Janine got mad and sad at the same time and so she yelled at Rose to go before she would die. Just a guess.
you know i've been thinking if they turn dimitri back to a dhampire you know when they talked in shodow kiss that dimitri was going to try to guard some one at court so they could be together maybe adrian can help with that he can request dimitri as his guardian so dimitri and rose could be together well that is if adrian really love rose and wanted to see her happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.......
well along that line of thinking if dimitrei comes back as damphir then he could gurad christian....seen as he and lissa together thee rose and dimitri would never be too far apart either!! ah but then there stil a conflict of interst thingy!!! so sad..... rose and dimitri forever...forbidden love is so sweet!!
