Do you know who the new character people are talking about is? Or is that just the blonde guy that threatened to kill Lissa, and bit Dimitri?

i think he'll be in Blood Promise alot.
i saw it like right now! haaaaaaa, i like it.
I think that the blonde strigoi somehow remembers them two and now that he knows Lissa is the only Dragomir left that hes gonna try and kill her. I think that he was gonna turn Dimka into a strigoi but then heard Rose scream and thought 'hmmm ill toy with her' i think he thinks that rose and lissa will come after him then he can kill lissa and be like a strigoi god or something.
who do you think it is on the cover??

For some reason people were saying there is like a new spirit user, supposably the name Sydney or something, but they say theres a spirit user. So if there is, i think shes on the cover cause, i dont know what if her adrian and Lissa do something for dimka? just a thought. Yeah, he said he knew them.But i think your exactly right with the toying thing.
But its still confusing cause Mason, i know Mason wouldnt lie to her, but what if. He could love her still, so maybe he thought being with Dimitri isnt good for her, i dont know, it said he did hesitated before answering.
Yeah exactly, the hesitating thing makes me think that maybe hes lying or not letting her in on something?He hesitated when she said 'is Dimka a strigoi' and then he nodded, maybe he thinks that if shes with him it'l get Rose in trouble and thats like the last thing he would want!
People keep saying all sorts of things about this Sydney person, i dont know whats true and whats not, i think people are just suggesting things about the new character.
I think your right about it being her on the cover, cos i dont think its Lissa or Rose!

I don't think mason lied because rose isn't the type that would just forget about him if he turned Strigoi she would want to kill him because thats what he wouldt want. And if he was dead she would want to see the body.You don't just accept the fact that the person you love is dead u want to see for yourself and know hes dead. At least thats how i feel
It could be, but i think its more the new person.And i just thought, there is a slight chance he could not be letting her in on something, but why. He's dead why should he lie, maybe he wants her to get the whole 'dimitri might be stigoi' news out of her system so she can go back to being Lissas gaurdian.

Yeah me too, i know thats what he would have wanted, but she loves him too much, even for a character as strong as she is, i dont think she would have it in her to kill Dimitri, who would. She set off to 'kill him' but it took Mead to long to get something good for them going, she prolly wouldnt kill him off like that.

I mean there's like 3 more books to go yet and i just dont think hes out of them just yet. Strigoi or not.
I'm not sure if Mason will have anything to do with it anymore?

well mason like just went to heaven so i think he wil come back but only rose will be able to see him but this time she'll see him like when she saw lissa's family
He most likely is over, since he moved on.If their adding another spirit user, then i think something with Dimitri will happen, something good.
Lissa can't just sit back and watch while her best friend leaves her, she's not heartless she go after.
All of them will, think about it, Rose practically saved Eddie, and Christian was her charge, she saved Mia too, and Adrian 'likes her' she wont be alone on this.

She only sees the non living because she's connected by how she died, and Lissa brought her back, while then she became shadow-kissed. I'm not to sure whats in store for Mason, i read the last chapter again, and i think well thats the end of Mason, but its still possible. What made me for sure know i dont think he's coming back, well remember when Rose said she wished he could've stayed to help, she thought she could tell what he might say your on your own rose
Me either, i hate him though, your right! He grabbed Dimitri and pulled him to the ground. They grappled, strength for strength, and then i saw those fangs sink into Dimitri's neck. The red eyes flicked up and made contact with my own.

I know, i would be happy to at least have one.On the Shadow Kiss summary, remember when it says,

i dont get it cause no one died, technically Dimka isn't dead, well we dont know what he is but what Mason thinks, he's undead. Hmm.
well...Dimitri is undead and strigoi aren't really living, so maybe that's what they meant by someone dying. We also cannot forget the fortune teller's predictions. They might be of importance to the next book. Dimitri lost what was most important to him already, which I don't personally know if it was really his soul or if it was Rose. He said he'd rather die than become strigoi, which is losing your soul, but that was before he admitted to Rose and HIMSELF that he loved Rose. Rose's prediction talked about killing the undead. Yes, that is strigoi, but maybe she was refering to a specific strigoi, like Dimitri. I doubt Mead would leave him dead though. Adrian and Lissa will probably fix that IF Rose DOES have to stake him. I wonder if a spirit user could just heal Dimitri without him being staked. If he's staked, he will be completly dead, which Lissa said was really hard to bring back. If they can heal him from being undead, which is like dead not all the way, since he isn't dead or alive, maybe it would be easier for them to heal him. DIMKA MUST LIVE!!!!! (:

hey just looking on her blog and guess what there are now...6 books on rose! therefore i believe the following ideas will come to pass1. Rose will fing dimitri
2.he will be fixed however he will become a morio (sorry cant spell)
3.a huge battle will take place to "destroy undead'
4. now that he is a vampire he and her can have babies
dimitri was dampir first so he'll probably go back to being dampir which unfortunatly means that rose and him won't be able to have babies :(

its so weired how every1 is comparing VA and Twilight.....they are totally different. if they were evan close to the same then all the vamps in twilight would be strigoi!!!der. yeh i totally agree with the idea that lissa will bring dimitri back, but rose will go crazy remember???
i know twilight and va are totally different but i guess people are saying that if rose gets prego that it would be copying from twilight..... idk i want rose to get prego so that she has some part of dimitri with her if he does die and can't come back to life. idk if he does come back he will help her through the craziness like last time before they had sex so he can help her again... he promised her that he would help her through it.
I have a theory about the title blood promise.Since titles give key points to the story I was wondering what could Blood Promise mean then I had an idea what if shadow kissed and blood promise have a conection. By conection I mean what if it's true that Lissa or Adrian will bring Dimka back to life using spirit (now here is where my theory comes in) now since he was strigoi not dhampir being brought back to life mabey instead of beind shadow kisses he's blood promised to whoever brought him back to life?

could happen but maybe the title refers to the promise, the one that was never said, between dimitri and rose when they were in the car on the way to go shopping. it wasn't a spoken promise but because they both love each other it was a blood promise that they would kill the other if they became a strigio
Uhm I don't think Mason will be talking or showing up as a ghost, with Rose anymore.
You know how the fortune teller says that the wheel is always turning for dimitri's prediction.. what if the wheel has already turned. Because the night before he was with rose and they both survived the strigoi but the next day the blond strigoi got to him.
umm i was reading shadow kissed again and i read the word blood promise and it says something bout it i just cant member and i dont have the books with me atm.i dont think mason will come back and i dont think he was lying to rose either because it said he hesitated like as if he didnt want to tell rose because it would upset her thats wot i got from it antway haha.
on the cover of the book i dont think its mia cause mia has blond hair and the person has brown eyebrows so im guessing she would have brown hair to i dunno that just wot i think:)

Oooh!!! That could happen too... It made me giggle... Lol, but I'm not sure Adrian would be strong enough... but it is possible that Mead will advance his powers in this next book... Ugh waiting give me head and heart ache... lol.

Well since Lissa said that it is really hard to bring ppl back from the dead, well maybe Lissa Adrian and this new spirit user will bring him (Dimka) back after Rose stakes him? Then he could be blood promised to all three of them? Cuz as far as we know, you can only be shadow kissed to one person...??

I think that blood promise has something to do with sharing blood not being shadow kissed. Just because three of them will bring him back he would still be shadow kissed because he was near death. I don't think it will be considered anything different because there was more than 2 people involved... idk give me your thoughts

I don't know what's going to happen, I just hope that Dimitri doesn't get killed. I agree with Kayla... she said i have something else. when christan and lissa had sex. it said they used a condom in the book. because lissa asked if christan had one.
but when rose and dimitri had sex it didnt say if they did have a condom or not. so rose could be pregnant but we dont know. and it's true. maybe Rose is pregnant...maybe Mason died...maybe dimitri is alive...there's too many maybes!! I can't wait for the book! Is it true it's coming out on August 25????

And I don't think Rose is pregnant.
