U know how crazy Karp be came crazy enough to become strigoi and then rose was afraid that would happen to lissa but then she started to catch lissa crazyness , so what if rose catches enough of lissa crazyness to want to be strigoi especially if it mean she could be with dimitri

I just don't want either of them to be bad. It kinda like goes against everything Rose has been taught. I would hate for her to be "evil". Besides, I love Dimka and Rose as dhampirs. Dhampirs are awesome!

Corny is bad. The beauty of the cliffhanger at the end of Shadow Kiss is that Richelle decided to go in an as-yet unexplored direction. Why shouldn't Rose kill Dimitri and move on? She's a strong, smart, independant young woman who can do what she wants and who doesn't need a partner to complete her. These are not the Twilight books. That said (spoiler: don't read this next part if you haven't read the first chapter of blood promise) the alchemist in the beginning of Blood Promise may be charged with the task of figuring out a way of turning Strigoi back to Moroi/Dhampir, so don't rule out Dimitri staying Strigoi for long. Personally, I hope Rose stakes him and moves on.
