I only watched part of it when I was in Taiwan a couple of years ago. It was in Mandarin Chinese, so I didn't understand it as well as if I watched it in English.

Isn't this also one of the Studio Ghibli productions?

No it's not at all these are one of the few anime movies that Studio Ghibli didn't create.
