Changing cover from full spread to single

I want to set this book up for a giveaway, but the tiny, full-spread cover is unappealing. I want readers to be able to clearly view the cover. To do this, I want to show the front cover only, but even though there is a button to delete the cover (so I can reupload it), I get a librarian error message, saying I have to be a librarian to do this. I thought I was a librarian. I was able to do this on a different book, so don't understand why I am prevented on this one. Suggestions?

Yes - authors have limited ability to edit their books which includes changing covers. You can add the cover initially but not change due to previous abuse by other authors.
