My copy of
arrived!"Yay!!! :) Have fun reading.
Roadkill (Cal Leandros, #5) by Rob ThurmanFor some reason Cal reminds me of Nick sometimes…. I think it is the whining they tend to do.
O DH ... I try not to think of the other nick he is dead to me. :P Wishful thinking right there.Plus ... I didn't even think about him hah.
I just finished my 18th book this month,
Seraphs (Rogue Mage #2) by Faith Hunter. My next book is
Host (Rogue Mage #3) by Faith Hunter
The end of Kitty makes me want to throw things! How could she do that to ME! I don't care about denver or their supernatural world. Me! But was a really good book, much better than the last two!Tomorrow I'll either start on twice tempted or Lover at Last...

It can't be the end I just bought the last book and have not read it yet. I know if I never read it she will live forever.
As far as I know Dale Kitty series is not ending just yet. That's good 'cause I'm planning to start to read
today :)

Kitty in the Underworld (Kitty Norville #12)by Carrie Vaughn Expected publication: July 30th 2013 by Tor Books
sorry I didn't mean end of the series, LOL I meant the end of the last book. And reading the description of the next book just makes me be more :::hmph:::
Red-Headed Stepchild (Sabina Kane, #1) by Jaye WellsShe is rather nice for an assassin … is it bad that I suspected everyone more than she did?
Valerie ~ Val Hall ~ wrote: "I really liked the Rogue Mage series, I hope she writes another book."I do, too, Valerie. There's room to write more after the way book 3 ended.
Since my last post, I've finished
and
and started
yesterday. I am so loving this series.
Sarah wrote: "I want to read those. So many books, so little time."I think you'd really like the series, Sarah. I've really fallen in love with it.
Reading
!I like it a lot. I don't know why, but it seems a lot more like PNR to me than Night Huntress. I think it's because the bad thins are bad, sure, but they're quickly and immediately resolved with little to no lasting damage.
Finished For Whom The Spell Tolls by HP Mallory.Last book in the Dulcie series. Enjoyed this series.
Now looking for something new to read.
Reading Hell Hounds Are For Suckers..by Jessica McBrayerI haven't read any of her books, so I'll see what I think of them. I'm into chapter 4 and so far so good.
She does have a humorous side.
Finished Twice Tempted and loved it. Leila is a lot less prone to recklessly charging off into danger than Cat is, which can definitely be a refreshing change. Also, I just love Vlad.
I'm worried... People are saying it's more PNR and I didn't like the heavy PNR'ness of the first book. I thought Vlad was declawed and wasn't him... but we'll see!
@ claire and zeenet *jealous*The Mage in Black (Sabina Kane, #2) by Jaye Wells
I am only 2 books into the series … she seems too nice to me still. I think reading really bad ass heroines before has spoiled me.
I so love the names that she uses though … I am such a nerd knowing the origin of most and doing my own mental giggle like a dork. Eurynome is a girl’s name … she was a goddess weird name for a demon … except that part were it means wide rule.

He doesn't stop torturing people in his dungeon just because it upsets his sweetie, you know?

LOL!!! No. I did the same.
I've read once burned a few times and the only thing that I didn't really like was the impaling ... is she writing it that way on purpose because the real way it is done is pretty freakin' nastygrossomgish?Still can't wait to read this book, really wish kindle app worked on my damn phone, nook app is annoying, and ibook pffft. The prog that converts file types for e-books is totally unaccessable to me as far as I can tell pffft.
o guess what
I had an ambien

There are different ways to impale someone. How does she describe it?

Kitty Rocks the House which I haven't started yet, but I am a little afraid to read Lover at Last, 'cause the last BDB book made me so mad. It didn't make any sense for me and I was so very disappointed:(.
Well anyway, Easter is coming, so for those of you who are celebrating it, HAPPY EASTER, for those who don't, may I join you? Anything is better than spending the time with my sister and mother, so I hate any holidays that I have to spend with them both :(. They like sharks sniffing out the blood and going for the kill. Well, maybe I'm exaggerating but that's ho they make me feel ;(
I just finished my 19th book this month,
Host (Rogue Mage #3) by Faith Hunter. My next book is
Killer Insight (Psychic Eye Mystery, #4) by Victoria Laurie
Margo, the last BDB book made me mad too, and at 15 U.S. dollars... I'm not really invested. I want to read it more than Twice Tempted but I'm not rich enough to invest 15 dollars on a book I don't care enough about.
@ sarah:through the chest horizontally. At least that is how I understood it to be, describing blood in other places would not really fit with the gross factor of that series ... in an anita book yes in a nh book no.
@ margo:For once my family will have no one but us, I don't even think my sister ang will be here.... My parents are not even cooking anything special I think, just bring jelly beans and it will be kk.
ps: don't ring the door bell it drives the dogs bonkers and it takes forever to get them to stfu.
Finished Hell Hounds For Suckers, didn't realize thatit was a short story. Well it was free and not to bad.
Now reading The Ghost And The Graveyard by Genevieve Jack.
I just finished
, the 4th book in the Parasol Protectorate series. It was wonderful! Something manages to surprise me in every single book. I think there are only 5 books in this series. I wish it could have gone on longer.
Yeah, I didn't like it at all. I don't know what Carrie Vaughn is trying to do and what plans she has for those books, but I sure hope that she has a good reason for doing what she has done.
He's my favorite character too... It just seems like author's are killing off characters or pushing them to the side.
Green-Eyed Demon (Sabina Kane, #3) by Jaye WellsI liked this book more than I liked the previous books. I think it was the setting, it made me all nostalgic or something.
I was also reminded of the 42342342 "something" fests NOLA had too hah.
I cheated and read the first couple of pages of the last chapter ... so I am going to read something else so I can sort of forget what will happen. Though I had a good idea anyway as with the previous books. :/

The Night Huntress World books were more PNR than the Night Huntress series.
I just finished my 20th book this month,
Killer Insight (Psychic Eye Mystery, #4) by Victoria Laurie. My next book is
Bad Moon Rising (Dark-Hunter, #18; Were-Hunter, #5; Hellchaser, #3) by Sherrilyn Kenyon
