Some combining, a book cover

Hi! I just added the Smashwords editions of two of Cassandra Duffy's books:

They will need to be combined with the other editions, please. Also, in The Last Best Tip the Nook edition (based on the BIN) is listed as "ebook" edition and missing the cover; it's the same cover, so can be copied from either the Smashwords or Amazon edition, and should be listed as Nook to differentiate it from the Smashwords, which uses the ISBN13 number.

Someone already combined them. I added the cover to the edition missing a cover of The Last Best Tip, so all those editions have the same cover, now. The Smashwords edition is noted as Smashwords, so I left the Nook version simply as "ebook."

Thanks - I had some problems before with the Smashwords/Nook thing on Cassandra Duffy's page, so I might have been excessive putting "Smashwords Edition" all over the place, but I didn't want another screw-up like the last one. Of course, it's not like they can take away my Librarian status AGAIN over it, he? Haha!1

Smashwords belongs in the publisher slot, not the edition slot.

Also, reviews and similar blurbs should not be in the book description.
