Next 10 Chapters

Ok ladies try to read the next 10 chapters of Jane Eyre by next Tuesday the 16th! Let us know what you thought!

Its nice that these chapters start a new phase in her life too, with her new job.

I think so too.

These chapters are the beginning of a better part...I always think the beginning is slow. I loved Helen and then she dies. So sad! But then she grows up and moves on...and it gets good.

[Chrissy]

Good! I'm excited to get to the good part! I loved Helen too.

[Allison]

I am not so sure about Mr. R, he seems to have some weird secret about him and is a tad bit rude with all his remarks toward Jane in ch.14.

Well ladies what do we think so far? I'm on chapter 14 and am thinking Mr. Rochester is kind of an arrogant uppity sort of man... It's getting interesting though.

Finally finished these chapters and decided I think Mr. Rochester is super weird and that I really don't like Blanche Ingram. It's definitely getting interesting now though...

mysterious blanche...i agree with the arrogance. incredulous really... i am not a fan of him.
