No, I usually don't. But I have seen Jennifer post before and I assumed she wouldn't link to any malware, if she could help it.

:) - thanks, and I wouldn't. Sorry to cause confusion in the first place. I just didn't want to link directly to a GR author's book but did want to show the example to illustrate my question.

True, but she could have been in a really bad mood. Only joking. But mysterious links are STILL mysterious even if they have been (re)posted by someone you know and trust. Those of my friends who have been infected by viruses or trojans ALL blame their infection on something they received from a friend or colleague.
Paranoia should be a way of life on the Internet.
