Dawn Tevy (angelswarriors) | 4 comments Hi! I am looking for people to review my debut novel 'Angels & Warriors, The Awakening'. You can read the first two chapters here: http://www.goodreads.com/story/show/3...

In the novel, “Angels & Warriors, The Awakening,” author Dawn Tevy introduces you to characters that are funny, loving, and artfully scheming…

Our heroin, Lady Tynae, finds herself in a precarious situation when she is hunted down by those she most trusts. In a single heartbeat her fairly simple life becomes incredibly complicated. Finding herself in a new world full of magic, dragons, and old friends Tynae soon discovers nothing in her life was ever as it appeared.

The vivid scenes and descriptive dialogue will transport you to another place. This spectacular fantasy world is set in a time and land that has slowly faded into the haziness of legend and lore.

Between discovering her new world and falling in love, Tynae must uncover what lies at her very core. She is accomplished with swords, an expert marksman, and she even knows how to bring a full grown man to his knees, but is she the ‘Chosen One’?

Michaela McGregor (michaelamcgregor) | 1 comments Hi! I'm looking for reviews for my urban fantasy novel, Truth's Evil Light. This is the first of the Cheveyo Series. The second book, Ring of Truth should be out in March. *fingers crossed* The first three chapters can be read on my website. If you're interested, I can provide a Smashwords coupon. Below is the blurb from the back of the book.

Thanks!

Miki

The name Cheveyo Singer will live forever in infamy.

Until my best friend and partner, Tony Romano, was kidnapped, I thought I was the biggest freak on the planet. As it turns out, being an empath doesn't even make the top ten. When I rescued Tony, nothing could have prepared me for what I uncovered. All the magical creatures from legend truly exist and they want my head. Apparently, exposing the Zephyri on national television is a no-no.

Now I have a super-sexy, day-walking vampire hunting me. On top of that, I found a couple of hit men in my apartment, trashing the place. Why do humans want me dead? I have no idea but I'm going to find out—just as soon as I have the time.

My first priority is finding and saving Tony though. He’s made a habit of getting snatched. It wasn’t a lunatic this time but I know from experience, the federal government’s methods border on lunacy. Tony and the creatures I discovered are imprisoned in a lab for study. I have to figure out where before it's too late—for everyone.

Heather McCorkle (heathermccorkle) | 2 comments I am looking for reviewers for my newest release, The Dragon Empire. The Dragon Empire by Heather McCorkle

This is my fifth novel and it is a stand alone novel unrelated to my others. Here is a bit about it:

On Yacrana dragons are the advanced species. But advanced doesn't always mean civilized...

There's trouble in the Dragon Empire, the kind that could start a war between dragons and the races of people. Hidden factions of dragons believe they should rule the lesser races, not simply stand aside and allow them to develop as they will. Having lived so long in peace, the Emperors turn a blind eye, many oblivious that such attitudes even exist.

Despite being only an architect class, emerald dragon, Grendar is willing to risk banishment and death to stop that which his rulers refuse to see. The hope of peace lies not within the scaled breast of a dragon however, but within the hands of a group of people. But if the hidden factions have their way, these people won’t live to fulfill such a destiny. With a reluctant seer at his side, Grendar must leave his precious Empire for the outside world to save those that will one day save his kind.

I can provide either Kindle or Nook versions to reviewers who~if they enjoy it~are willing to post on Goodreads and hopefully at least one of the following: Amazon, Barnes & Noble, The Book Depository, or another major retail site. And of course I'm always thrilled to have it reviewed on Book Blogs.

Please send me a direct message or drop by my blog to contact me:

Nickie Cochran (nickiecochran) | 2 comments Hi all,

I'm looking for reviewers of the first 2 books of the "Do You Spook German?" series that I've published in the last few months. If you like lighthearted love stories a la Hallmark channel set in Europe with a paranormal touch, these may be right up your alley.

Here are the details:

Human Circle
Human Circle (Do You Spook German?, Prequel) by Nickie Cochran
Prequel to The Heidelberg Ghost

Pete, an anthropologist whose specialty is debunking sightings of mythical creatures, didn't believe in fairies. When a beautiful woman, claiming to be a fairy princess on the run from her power-hungry fiancé, literally falls into his arms just outside of a fairy circle in Ireland, he begins to question his beliefs. Against his better judgment, he agrees to help her. He shouldn’t have.

This is a bonus novelette (~12,000 words) I wrote to tell the story of Pete & Belinda, a charming couple you'll meet in the Heidelberg Ghost.

The Heidelberg Ghost
The Heidelberg Ghost by Nickie Cochran
Book 1 of the Do you spook German series

After being accused of stealing the princess’ heirloom ring and jewelry box, Volker finds himself cursed by a witch and trapped on the castle grounds for over 400 years with no glimmer of hope for his miserable ghostly condition to improve. When he realizes that the pox-covered, yet beautiful, peasant woman standing in the courtyard can see him, he knows that she’s the one that can set him free. The only trouble is that he’s falling head over heels in love with the one that he can never be with.

Determined to start over after a disappointing long-term relationship, Andrea Morgan decides to sell all of her belongings in Atlanta and hop on a plane home to Germany. Life is good, until the fateful night of the annual Halloween ball at the Heidelberg castle, when out of nowhere, a muck-covered ring lands next to her foot in the courtyard. Attached to this antique ring appears to be a very handsome ghost. Good thing that she isn’t looking for love any time soon, because how ridiculous would it be of her to fall in love with a spirit?

Both books can be read independently from each other, but also tie together.

If you'd like to review one or both books, email me at nickie71@gmail.com and let me know which format you prefer (mobi, epub, pdf). I'll send them to ya via e-mail.

I would really appreciate an honest review especially on Amazon, Goodreads and any other major ebook store you usually leave reviews.

Thanks & enjoy,
Nickie

K. Dzr | 1 comments Hello, I'd love some reviews on my book "Legends Born (Tahir Edition)", published in November of 2012. It's the first in a series of novels entitled "History's Shadow." I'm currently working on the second and would love some feedback before I get to far in. Although it's available for purchase on my website and Amazon, I'm currently offering free digital copies to anyone interested in reviewing it. You can visit my website: www.historyshadow.com to read sample chapters, watch a book trailer, take a personality quiz and more.
Summary:
History's Shadow I: Legends Born is a tale of two heroes, in the other's eyes, each a villain. Two books, two sides, two missions: one story. A new spin on the timeless clash of opposing forces, where it is not so simple to discern good from evil. As is often the case in life, perspective is everything.

Will you join Fausta--navigating the web of secrets woven by her teachers--as she and the Sons of Sphinx fight to save the Brotherhood and unlock the secrets to awakening their imprisoned father? During a time of turmoil and betrayal, she alone can bring unity to the world of magic. That is, if she can stay alive long enough. For a wizard without magic, evading sorcerer hunters, surviving the war and earning the respect of other wizards is no easy task. Can she reunite the brotherhood and end the war for once and for all, or is she merely a pawn in a game she has no desire to play?

Or will you follow Tahir--struggling with the idea that his mentors may be manipulating his destiny--as he and his band of adventurers fight sorcerer, beast and man to end the war on magic? During a time of revolution and paranoia, it is up to him to end the war and bring peace to the worlds of magics and men. That is, if they can prevent the awakening of a powerful sorcerer who would only bring confusion and discord to the world of magic. Can he protect mankind and lead the magical beings he's come to love to safety, or is the dream he pursues only an illusion?

Their journeys take them on paths that inevitably collide. In the end, there can only be one victor; on which side will you fight? Choose wisely, for the fate of the world may very well depend on it.

Travel the world through generations and uncover the truths that hide in History's Shadow.

If this sounds like your cup of tea, feel free to download a copy at https://skydrive.live.com/redir?resid...

Thanks!

Lee LaCroix | 2 comments Hello, I am Lee LaCroix, and I am looking for reviews for my debut novel Sovereign's Wake.

Sovereign's Wake

A kingdom crumbles without its ruler. The people fall to misery and desperation in the shadow of an empty throne. A father does what he must to save his son and his homeland in the absence of kings. Enter Garreth, ranger and former royal bodyguard, who embarks from his woodland home after defending it from the encroaching loggers of the Blackwoods Company. "The King is dead!" they had screamed at Garreth and drove the man to the capital of Amatharsus to resolve the most troubling statement in Malquia's recent history. Together with his son, Novas, and daughter of a murdered blacksmith, Kayten, Garreth is hounded by bandits, cutthroats, and highwaymen, unleashed upon the countryside by the abolition of the Crown Aegis, defenders of the King, his land, and his people. Garreth unites with the remnants of the Crown Aegis to overcome the military, political, and economic oppression that the Blackwoods Company has imposed on Amatharsus and incites rebellion before the free people of Malquia succumb to crippling recession and the environmental destruction of their verdant nation. But can one man find the strength to challenge overwhelming odds when all hope is lost?
