Does anyone not like who she end ups with

I was actually glad she got over her fixation on Jared to fall in love with Ian, who I found to be the kinder, more likeable person. I don't understand what you mean - "I didn't like him I felt like he was being nice just because he loved her." I equate nice with love? In the end, they found a new host for Wanda so she could stay with them. Ian stayed with her because he loved Wanda, not the body she was in, which I think proves his love more than anything.
I meant well really I take that back it makes no sense ur right ( felt like he was being nice just because of love)-A
Ian was very unlikable untill he started protecting Wanda and grew to love who she was. I was very happy they ended together and thought the scene where he holds her when she is out of body was the sweetest thing I have read in a long time.
I like Ian, I mean I got a cockatiel and I named him Ian :3 And I like Jared a lot but I feel that Wanda ended up with the right person, because Jared was already in love with someone else c: So I guess idunno the thought that everything worked out well is all good with me. Though okay not really about the characters but about the ending in general irked me a lot because I don't like how they chose a small feeble body for Wanda to be put in just cause I don't see that... fitting. Like and then when you think about Ian who's this big buff dood and then this small little woman ... it just doesn't fit well in mah head. That's about the only thing I had a problem with with the end.
I love Ian and am very glad she ended up with him. I liked how he was able to move past Melanie's looks and just look at the personality (Wanda), in a way it was a good message to portray to the readers. Although I must admit I thought the ending was a little frustrating because she wasnt as happy with her new body and I felt like Ian wasn't either... kind of a bummer. But with the rest of the book I thought it was an ending I could over look.
At the end of the host I was a little confused but I really liked the fact that Melanie had Jared and Wanda had Ian so I loved the book:)
Loved the book, loved the ending although I agree with the person who wasn't crazy about Wands being placed in a frail body. Stephenie Meyer stated that the love triangle was intended to be Wanda-Jared-Melanie, and that Ian & Wanda just happened as she was writing. I love that, it's how love really is sometimes.
I loved the book, although I was totally a fan of Jared and Wanda. I wanted Jared to see what a great person Wanda was, which he did, but I wanted him to fall in love with her. I love Melanie and Jared, but I just felt like Wanda didn't belong with Ian.
i absolutely love the fact that ian saw wanda for who she is and fell in love with HER and had a really beautiful perspective on things, BUT, i felt like as he started to fall for her he got too protective for me and acted a little too clingy over her which kinda ruined it for me :/ where as jared really grew to fall in love with her by the end of the book with that scene they had towards the end, and their relationship progressed more subtly as he learned to love her as wanda and not mel, so, im so conflicted!!! plus it isn't really fair since ian had never even met mel before so it was easier for him to see that body and soul as wanda where as jared has a history with that body and the original soul that was in it
Everyone ended up with someone NOT LIKE TWILLIGHT!!! so i was happy all through the movie. It ended good because the way it ended leaves and opening for a possible number 2
I LOVE IAN AND WANDA
I LOVE JARRED AND MELANIE
I LOVE JARRED AND MELANIE
I love Wanda with Ian they are such a great couple and yes she did have some feelings for Jared but it was more to Melanie memories
I totally shipped Wanda and Ian! They are just so cute- and I loved how Ian loved her for her soul, her personality, her mind, not her body. *sighs* if only we could all find a guy like that :')BTW- I thought I was going to hate this, cause I didn't like Twilight and I'm not a particularly big fan of Stephanie Meyer. But, it was SO worth it. This is just so much better than the Twilight Saga, FULL STOP.

Melanie is great, but I think it would have been powerful to explore the psychology of Jared's feelings changing so dramatically.
I will start off with the reminder that this had a love square not a triangle. Now, my OTP for the book was Melanie and Jared, though I do absolutely love Wanda and Ian. And I would have been PO'D if Wanda ended up with Jared, I liked the way it ended and wouldn't change a thing about it.

I totally agree with you about Wanda and Ian!

I loved that Wanda ended up with Ian! Even though he tried to kill her at first Jared was way meaner. Jared tried to kill her, wouldn't give her a chance, and used her multiple times to get to Melanie. Ian was reluctant at first but got open to new things and he loved her for her, not for Melanie.
Loved Ian!! I actually loved him way more than Jared. I tried to give Jared the benefit of the doubt since his girl was all invaded and such, but he was still a jerk through the majority of the book. Ian however, was amazing once he had the opportunity to know Wanda.
“It's not the face, but the expressions on it. It's not the voice, but what you say. It's not how you look in that body, but the thing you do with it. You are beautiful.”- Ian O'Shea. This quote is enough for me to love Ian and wants him to end up with Wanda.

That is a beautiful quote.
I loved the comparisons Meyer makes between the two kinds of love: with Jared, it is like a forest fire, quick to burn, but not nearly as sustainable; but with Ian, it is like a lava flow, building slowly, but much more lasting and intense. Really shows how her love for Ian was true and long-lasting, while her feeling for Jared, based on Melanie's feelings, were much less solid.

I wish they would've kept lines like that in the movie. In truth they stripped most of his character down.
How the goodbye scene should've gone:
"You are not leaving me...I love you Wanda!"
"Dude, cool out. I don't even know you like that. I mean, we kissed a couple of times but you're suffocating me."
Yea, their relationship was more instalove than anything.
