Harry Krebs (harryjameskrebs) | 1 comments Looking for ARC reviewers for first mystery in my new Benjamin Tucker Mystery Series

Hi all! I’m so excited today! And looking for a little help. The first mystery in my new Benjamin Tucker Mystery Series, ‘Vengeance is Mine’, is on the runway waiting to publish. We can hardly stand to do this, but we are waiting in position and hold until we get a few advance reviews. If anyone is interested in an ARC (publishing lingo for Advanced Reader Copy, I just learned) to consider for a review, please let me know and I will send you the ebook file of your choice. There is no expectation for a good review (well, there kind of is, but we’re looking for brutal honesty and will take whatever the truth pans out). If you’re willing to provide a review, we’d like to ask that you post it on my author site (https://www.facebook.com/HarryJamesKr...), and also on Amazon and Goodreads once the book is published. A most grateful thank you to anyone for any help. Harry.

Back cover blurb:

Driven by a traumatic, violent event in his teenage years, Benjamin Tucker, bestselling true crime author, is obsessed with helping authorities solve savage crimes near his home turf of Holly Springs, North Carolina. When a series of decapitated female victims is found in neighboring communities, he is helplessly drawn in to the investigation to help bring the killer to justice. But in a bizarre twist of events, the psychopathic murderer becomes fascinated with Tucker and stalks him, presenting him with unimaginable, grotesque gifts. The hunt for the killer turns personal and Tucker isn’t sure if he’s become the killer’s idol or his next victim.

Vengeance is Mine, a gripping thriller with a healthy dose of droll humor, is a tale of sadistic revenge guaranteed to keep readers on the edge of their seats until the very last page.

L.J. Scar (ljscar) | 2 comments Solitude Interrupted
Hi everyone,

I'm seeking Amazon reviews on one of my contemporary romance works. Solitude Interrupted will be FREE on Kindle 1/30-2/1. I'd be most grateful!

Summary of Solitude Interrupted:
Laken - I'm a runaway. Or I once was, but I've put that and a lot of other things behind me. Only now I've decided to pack up and move on which feels a bit like running again. I need to get away from two guys who think I'm the one, two parents who should have never had kids, and too many regrets to explain. So with a semi-clear conscience, a new diploma and only myself and a dog to answer to I have accepted a job in West Virginia. Maybe there I'll find some peace and solitude, maybe gain a little perspective. Then again...maybe I've got no idea what I've gotten myself into.

Cole - When you co-own an outfitter that specializes in guiding white water rafters everyday is an adventure. The elusive, blonde beauty who rented my neighboring, riverside cabin was not what I expected. My brother and friend gave her two nights before she couldn't take living out in the woods alone next to a relentless flirt who hadn't shaved in six months just to win a bet. She said she came here to figure her life out without any distractions, at least not the romantic kind. But I love a challenge, I'm a thrill seeker. She needs a little excitement and I'm more than determined to be the one who interrupts her solitude.

Funny, thoughtful, and heart wrenching - "Solitude Interrupted" is the unforgettable love story of a courageous girl who overcame so much and the reckless adventurer who couldn't turn away from her.

message 31: by Chani (new)

Chani (tempestchani) | 3 comments Hi, I'm looking for a few people willing to review my book, Unhinged. It's the first book in a saga loosely based off of the Hades and Persephone Greek myth. It currently has a 4.28 here on Goodreads out of 80 ratings. I have a limited number of copies I can give out, all in ebook form. I can do either ePub, .mobi, or PDF so if interested please let me know which you'd prefer and leave your email. Thanks!

Here's the blurb:

Spencer Perry lost everything the day her boyfriend died. Even when he came back as a ghost, she was never able to return to her old self. Determined to find a way to bring both of them back--him from the dead and her from her depression--Spencer hops a ride with a Reaper across the river to the Underworld where she meets the god of the dead. Hadrian isn't what she expected Hades to be like, but when he agrees to a deal that can get her Micah back, she puts all caution aside and accepts. Too bad she didn't realize that she'd also just accepted a lot more than one gorgeous yet frustrating god. Bad things are happening all around her, and now she not only has to worry about keeping Micah's ghost status a secret from their friends, but also figure out who's behind all of the accidents. All signs point towards Hadrian, but something about that just doesn't feel right to her. Something that she hopes has nothing to do with her growing attraction towards him.

I'm also still looking for people interested in reading my other teen paranormal, Beguiling Trickery! If interested in either or both please let me know! :)

Blurb for Beguiling:

Two all powerful beings want her. One is a literal nightmare, the other is a god straight out of mythology.

Kenna Erikson knows absolutely nothing about Norse mythology. Which is daunting, considering she’s a volur, a type of seer the Vikings believed garnered favor with the gods. For the most part, she ignores her gifts, and the useless ability to foresee thirty or so seconds into the future. For as long as she can remember, she’s had only herself to rely on, and she likes that just fine. However, when shadows suddenly come alive and attack her, she’s forced to seek outside help in the form of tall, blonde, and infinitely annoying, Luka. Somehow, Luka knows all about her attackers, and the mythology they spring from. He’s also eager to help out, despite the fact they’ve only just met. But what secret is he keeping? Who is he really? And why does her heart flip every time he’s around?

Kate Sebeny (katesebeny) | 4 comments The Last Best Thing

Hello!

I, too, am gathering reviews for my recently published novella, "The Last Best Thing." Here's a taste:

“What started out 50 years ago as an annual party evolved into a yearly reunion and then a way of life. It’s sort of like a geriatric Big Chill.”

Sam and Sarah are the elderly owners of a farm in central Iowa that turns into a private retirement community when it also becomes home to a disabled friend, a destitute neighbor and her daughter, and an expatriate artist. Together, this close-knit group confronts the hardships and disappointments of age and infirmity with courage, humanity and humor.

But beneath the surface, this rustic “home away from the old folks’ home” is not everything it seems. One of its inhabitants is a killer. Another is her victim.

How far will these lifelong friends go to help each other when their way of life is threatened? Witness what loyalty and sacrifice really mean to this unlikely group of people gathered together under one roof.

If this whets your literary appetite, please feel free to read more on my website http://KateSebeny.com and contact me for a digital edition at katesebeny@gmail.com

Thank you for your attention and happy reading! ~Kate
